I had a great experience getting my vaccine here! The staff was friendly, professional, and made the whole process quick and easy. The pharmacist took the time to answer my questions and explained everything clearly, which really helped put me at ease. The shot itself was fast and almost painless, and I appreciated how clean and organized the area was. I was in and out in just a few minutes, but never felt rushed. Definitely recommend this pharmacy for anyone needing a vaccine!

The staff is very friendly. However, the pharmacy should not be closed for lunch. Their staff can go to lunch in shifts to provide better and faster customer service.

The place is very clean and organized. The front store assistants are always willing to help and are respectful. The pharmacy department employees are also willing to help if there is a question regarding medications.

I have been going to this CVS for years, I was very surprised to see some of the reviews saying they were rude. I have never had an encounter where they were rude. Sometimes it can take awhile at the pharmacy but that is only when their is a long line. Everyone is doing the best they can. This is my favorite local CVS to go to!

This pharmacy is so slow. Most of the staff are rude. I've tried going in & the drive through. It feels like I'm an inconvenience to them. I had a medication they asked me to call about. I let it go through the message and picked pharmacy... anyway 2 hours later, my call wasn't pick up. I actually drove there with my phone waiting for some one to answer it. When I got there it wasn't so busy that my call should of been taken. In the employees defense they need a few more employees at the location.

I usually don't leave reviews, but this is the worst CVS I have ever been to. There is honestly no point in making an appointment here because they will never be on time even if there is nobody else waiting. This is the 4th time I have made an appointment here and they are usually always a minimum of 45 minutes delayed. Word of advice if you make an appointment, make it an hour in advanced compared to what you want and maybe they might be on time. Also, customer service is horrible and the staff is very unfriendly. If you want a good CVS, the one on Harrison Crossing is the most efficient or Publix I recommend as the best place (:

If you enjoying being frustrated, being told your prescriptions are ready then finding out they haven't been filled and outstandingly poor customer service this is the place for you. I waited 45 minutes to actually get through the drive-through to be told that none of my prescriptions are ready except for one that I did not need. I told him I would come back the next day and pick all three up. Imagine to my surprise when the one that was already ready was now not ready and the other two were out of stock and then magically back in stock within a three second conversation. Couple with that with the smart attitude in the drive-through line coupled with placing my bag upside down and untied so as you grab the bag everything spills out front of all the vehicles I wouldn't recommend my dogs go to this place.

Sorry to say this but I’m so frustrated because after waiting 30mins in line then to ask to come back and then even after returning back to ask to come inside !!!!! To have to deal with all of that and having severe asthma and not feeling well and to ask to come inside .Seriously something gotta change because the last couple of years CVS been bad with customers service.
