I have been coming to this particular CVS since I moved to Virginia from NY 10 years ago. Adam and Sylvia were the ones kept me coming back. I live 20 minutes away but love coming to this certain CVS. I am sad Sylvia is no longer here š I will continue coming back as long as Adam is still working here.

I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to the incredible young man with long dark hair who works the CVS drive-thru; heās truly one of a kind. Everyone at this location is great, but he consistently goes above and beyond with kindness, knowledge, and genuine care. The world needs more people like him. He makes every visit feel like a reminder that good people are still out there.

So I went to Walmart today first for my prescriptions and NEVER again will I go there. They were clueless there, telling me I couldnāt fill my medication because of insurance problems being itās July 1 and everything switched overā¦ then said I couldnāt fill it until tomorrow and then after all that, they wanted to charge me over 200 dollars when I had a script coupon for 25 bucks was told I couldnāt use itā¦ I Had my doctor call in the script to this CVS instead, and I canāt tell you how easy it was. Lexaly (the pharmacist) helped me out tremendously with the coupon and saved me hundreds of dollars and about 2 hours of my time! DO NOT GO TO WALMART for medicine!!!!! Come to this CVS!!! They are very helpful, friendly, professional, and will save you time and lots of money! Thank you Lexaly

They never answer voicemails, messages in the app and when you call, they hang up! Literally the worst CVS pharmacy

Ignorant employees, a system that doesnāt allow you to speak to a person over the phone is just stupid. Walgreens or Walmart pharmacy for the win

Picked up my prescription that was written for a 5mg dose. Got home took the medication out of the brown bag they had it in and realized they filled it for 15mg not 5. Double checked prescription and the app to verify and sure enough everything even the sticker on the box says 5mg. How sick this could have made me taking that high of a dosage if I wouldnāt have caught the error. While I understand mistakes happen. I know the prescription goes through several hands before being filled and the fact this was not caught baffles me and also scares me thinking how many times has this happened.

I ran into CVS at 20 minutes before closing. I was rushing about to grab 11 items. An associate saw me struggling to find an item and offered to assist me. I apologized for coming in at the last minute and told him I'll be quick. He smiled and assured me it wasn't a problem. He helped me find not one but two items I was looking. After grabbing my last item, I came up to the front to checkout. I asked him and his associate if they'd prefer I use self checkout and they told me they'd be happy to assist me. Then my card declined and they were both patient as I dug threw my wallet to find another one. I really appreciate great customer service. These associates were awesome. There's nothing better than service with a smile. Thanks guys.
