I moved from near Bowling Green to Massoponax area in 2024 and this is my new local Food Lion. It's so much nicer than one of the other ones, (another was small but nice but didn't have as much variety), and well stocked and clean and neat. I really like many of the employees and more recently got help in Produce when an item I buy regularly was out of stock for awhile.

Never any carts inside.
Never any actual cashiers open only self check & 1 cashier.
Always employees out front smoking. What about the employees who don’t smoke they don’t get to go outside every 30 min.
Employees & managers stand at the end of the self check line and a self check employee in the middle of the registers but chat while we wait to be checked out this is a terrible Foodlion.

Best Foodlion of them all! Store is kept looking good and the staff is great, especially the self checkout guy named Armando. He deserves a raise!

Met a very wonderful employee (Vonda) who went above and beyond. She was pleasant and took her time explaining the reward process and how I could save money. After a rough day at work, it was great to hear a pleasant and calming voice.

Staff is always very polite and helpful. Just don't go shortly before close. I went at 9pm and I couldn't even get through a lot of the aisle's due to the pallets of boxed goods waiting to be put on the shelves.I actually tripped on an empty box that was left in the walkway. I was looking for something paticular on the shelves and not paying attention to possible hazards in the aisle.
