We have never seen service as efficient, personable, and pleasant as we experienced at the Waverly Post Office. Emily provided STELLAR Service. She made us feel so welcome, important and valued. Our passport process was seamless - completed in under 30 minutes, and it was a walk-in appointment. All post offices should model their services after the Waverly Post Office.
