I had a terrible experience at this 7-Eleven location in Springfield. The employees here were rude, unhelpful, and incompetent in my experience.I used mobile pay to pay for two energy drinks. I showed the receipt to one of the clerks on the way out. He stopped me as I was leaving and told me mobile pay didn't work, and then wanted me to pay for my energy drinks again. I obliged so that I wouldn't cause a scene over $5. The employee said that my credit card would be automatically credited.Seven days later, my credit card still hadn't been credited. I was in the area, so I went back with my receipt and my credit card statement. The employee I talked to, Rafi or Raji was his name, was rude, disrespectful, and refused to help me. He told me I had to come back when the employee who messed up my transaction was present. Knowing that I wouldn't win trying to argue with him, I left.I filed a complaint with 7-Eleven. This situation is customer service at its worst. The employees have no idea how to use their systems, and then they punish the customers for their own incompetence instead of trying to make the situation right. I'll never return to this location again.

All the points I have on my 7eleven app disappeared though it didn’t not apply my purchase but they took it away like stealing .

I stop at this location quite a bit and it's usually alright, but today I stopped to get a pack of vuse pods and the older man with white hair and glasses working was as rude as can be. I'm typically a patient person but he spoke rudely and sarcastically when I asked simple questions. The POS system wasn't working properly and he got mad at me for politely saying "it's not working, says authorizing please wait" and he said " well my register says it's working so if you wanna wait to pay I have lots of time". I cannot believe how bad his customer service was so I had to write this review. Just terrible.

One of the worst 7-eleven. I don’t know if it was the manager or worker but he was so rude he needs to be fired, worst costumer service I’ve seen.

Not sure how both bathrooms can be out of hand soap and paper towels. Especially during a pandemic like now, we can't wash hands? Also the urinal in the men's is covered with a plastic bag? Not a place I'd ever recommend someone to go to.

I love Coca Cola Slurpees. The only reason I go to 7/11 is for Slurpee's. However, I'm questioning whether or not I should go to any 7/11 again. I hate shysters, dishonest people, and unethical businesses. Unfortunately, if you go to most, if not all 7/11's, you are likely being upcharged on things you buy. This last time I went to 7/11, I noted that the price on the sign for a medium slurpee was 1.49. When I got to the register, I was charged 1.69. I asked him if the price had gone up because the sign said 1.49. He had someone check the sign, so I was charged 1.49 in the end. There's no way that guy doesn't know the price of a medium slurpee. I'm 100% sure that I have been overcharged for Slurpees at several locations in the DC area over the past 2 years. My guess is they are overcharging everyone on most, if not all, items at their stores.
