At 137 AM, the gentleman made a highly questionable transaction. The woman returned food given to her for money. She was seeking out cash for potentially accessing drugs. I would not shop here. It is sketchy

Was there at 530pm. Sidewalk out front full of people loitering. No cars there. This place used to packed with customers at any given time. They just don't care.

04/18/2023, 7:15am I walked to the store like any day when I was in the counter there 2 afroamerican folks stepped to close to me! They took a photo of my phone number and I notated it, I was trying to give the clerk a sign about those people! And he forced me to put the pin of my card! The afroamericans folks saw it ! When I told them the issue the lady stepped and she said that they can’t interfere in that! This people don’t have a minimum respect or protection for their customers! Please don’t go here! Go to the gas station across the street

If I could give 0 stars I would. Asked for 20.00 cash back on my card. I was busy fumbling with calls and such, he gave me my drink and Marlboro lights without receipt or bag. I left store & realized 5 min later I didn’t get my 20.00 and without receipt they will not give it to me. They don’t even answer the number listed. Guess he needed it more than I did. Just a shame. I thought I may go to my bank and tell them what happened. Perhaps they will get it back.

Scammers. This is the closest 7-11 to me and I always buy from here. But every time I do I have to be Vary careful. They always add an extra thing from what your buying.

I have always used Apple Pay at this location for everything I needed. Today when I was pay for my food there machines would not process my payment, I tried several times and they started to laugh at me saying I didn't have any money. Told them they need to fix there machines and they didn't say anything horrible service

Yesterday’s experience was unacceptable I’ve waited in to buy two things the first cashier ignored me but he ringed up another customer in front of me then he continued to ignore me the other cashier snatched my money and id please tell your cashiers at this location that racial profiling is unacceptable

Since visiting this convenient store, I have consistently ensured substandard service. Unfortunately, the name of the store manager I do not recall. In addition, the manager tenaciously does not express or allocate the dignity a being deserves. To abate this statement, the unidentified manager quotes discourteous statements and harassments to its entities. In conclusion, Seven Eleven must ameliorate their customer service, pertaining to the treatment of their respective customers.

This 711 does not practice social distancing whatsoever there was a guy reaching over into the hotdogs from the outside of the line pointing at the food that he wanted literally 3 inches away from the food it’s always this way when I go in the store
