By far the best 7-Eleven. The espresso machine works everyday, food is fresh and stored is always clean. Customer service is very friendly.

I've been going to this 7-11 since I was a child. But the cashier tonight (09.24.2022 @ 9:30pm) was disrespectful & lazy. It was my 3rd & final straw. I think it's bc interrupted his tv show. I wanted buy nachos for a family member but it ran out. Only a tablespoon filled my container. He informed me there was no more left in the back & continue to squeeze the empty bag. I asked for a refund. He said I didn't need anymore & just to put cheese on the rest. I didn't want to argue bc I just got off of work and it's late. As I was leaving it was clear that another employee came in to take over his shift. Apparently he was eager to leave.

They have Nitro Pepsi™.Nitro Pepsi™ when you want a nice creamy, smooth and easy to drink soda. Sometimes your soda is hard to drink and not creamy. Not here. At this 7-11 they have Nitro Pepsi™. It's so smooth, creamy, and easy to drink!They also have tons of other junk food that's just processed chemicals with no nutritional value. But yeah, the highlight of the store is the Nitro Pepsi™.

I can already hear the whining. "You're reviewing a 711." You got it, and eat it if you don't like that. Yes they are ubiquitous, found from coast to coast, and almost a part of American psyche. Some are better than others. This one is pretty darn clean. Admit it, regardless of income level or what tie you're wearing, you go into one frequently. I like this one in West Springfield. It's been here as long as I can remember. Parking is plentiful. That's not always the case, and as a guy with a large vehicle, I actually appreciate this when grabbing a quick snack. The coffee here is always fresh. Thank you to the diligent employees on duty. I've found this the case at all hours. I think this one will work, for those who avoid some of their less than exemplary stores. This one has a comfortable vibe, good lighting, and it's at a safe area.
