Despite getting the call same day, within a few hours they came and helped unload even after just leaving another job up 4 flights of stairs. They were absolutely amazing, helpful, kind, and caring about the items.

A2B did a fantastic job moving our piano and large furniture items. It was such a relief to have those items taken care of by professionals. Troy, David, and Sergio were all fantastic with our move from Woodbridge to Old Town. They were so quick, both on pack-up and unpack, yet extremely careful and all my stuff made it entirely unscathed. I would 100% recommend.

I recently gave A2B Moving and Storage a bad review because I thought they had not given me my refund. They, in fact, had issued it back to my credit card and I had not noticed it. I complained publicly and I will admit my mistake publicly. Sorry for any inconvenience this caused.

Best movers we’ve ever had! Javier, Esau, and Melvin M were incredibly efficient and friendly, so professional. Even when our amount of boxes and such was way above the estimate, they did so well. We will recommend them to everyone!

Did not use a single moving blanket when transporting our items and severely damaged our only expensive piece of furniture and threw around fragile boxes immediately after the lead claimed to be one of the best movers they had. The lead “submitted a claim” for the damage that we never heard about again. Would definitely not use them again.

I had a tough situation whereas I needed some flexibility on move dates due to the sale and pending relocation for us, but these guys at A2b were great and very accommodating. They kept in touch with us for coordination of the move and also stayed in contact to let us know when they expected to show up on moving day. And they were on target.Since we moved from Nothern VA to Florida and we didn't have enough stuff for a full truck, they did their best to line up another load going south so we only had to wait a little over two weeks before our stuff showed up. It could have taken up to 90 days, per the contract, but they were great about doing everything they could to speed things up. When they arrived in Florida to our storage unit (we are waiting for our house being built to be completed) they did great moving things into storage for us, having some local guys show up to help unload. Everything went very smoothly. I can recommend them!

I hired Fairfax Transfer after many successful moves and got A2B, as they are apparently owned by the same people. I never asked for, or had heard of this company until moving day. And thus began the most expensive and disastrous move I've ever had.Unprofessional and rude movers, 13 hours on a 7-8 hour estimate and $1000 over the estimated cost. More damaged items than I've ever had on a move, and poorly assembled furniture that might have led to more damage or even safety concerns. Add to that a complete lack of willingness to make it right or even deal with my complaint in a straightforward manner. But whatever you do, well, I'd tell you to keep them away from your family or belongings, but I didn't know I was hiring them to begin with.

I recently used A2B Moving & Storage for the first time and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received. From my initial phone call with Hurd Trace to the day of the move with foreman Juan Ortiz and helpers Walter Escobar and William Guevara, everything ran smoothly. The movers were courteous and professional. I have another moving job coming up in a few months and will be requesting the same crew. I recommend this company 100%.

How to rate something that had 2 parts, one awesome and the other awful? With a 3 star average.
We used them twice for our move in June. Once for my parents move and once for my move. My parents move was awful. 5 people came and none of them spoke enough English to.communicate. yes my family is asian. My father has a PhD and my mother worked for 30 years as an accountant. English is not a new language. Because of that the move took forever and they constantly put things in the wrong room. We also had missing and broken stuff
My move was the complete opposite. 5 great guys who id hire anytime to move.

Juan Ortiz was amazing and efficient and so cheerful!!! He led a team of 3 guys and was so efficient, positive and helpful during a local move. I would highly, highly recommend this company and Juan.
