The worse experience I’ve ever had. I immediately found my product and stood in line watching staff members walk around the entire store looking out of the windows for non existent customers entering the store. Never again. I’d rather drive across town to another town to another locally before ever wasting my time

The battery was tested and was bad so I bought a new one there, and they installed it. Very courteous and professional staff. Little to no wait and there seemed to be adequate staffing.

Excellent customer support and service, my son’s car needed a new battery and Dunner was very efficient, from picking the correct battery to replacing it, in less than ten minutes he installed a new battery and we were back on the road, thank you Dunner!

went to chick-fil-a and our car battery died in the parking lot. luckily advance auto parts was next door and the gentlemen working assisted us with jumping the car and eventually installing a new battery. They were helpful and efficient, the store manager was very kind and i will definitely come back in the future.
