  Went there and it was 3 guys at the desk and none of them wanted to help me and I was the only one at the desk one guy said hold on and it took him about it seems like 15 I was standing there I was like dam I felt out of place then the guy finally said can I help you and I'm like the other person that was in the review comments I wanted a simple spare tire removed

  Before going there, I was alarmed for unfriendly atmosphere in there but I had a truck that needed tire so I had to go there. The reception was not great and told them I needed tire and some mechanical repair. They said they don’t do mechanical repair while the sign above his head said otherwise . If that’s the case why no one removes the sign. Then they told me after they provide the tire , they will move my car to across street to Ben Nielsens auto service to do the repairs and I can pay for everything there. I accepted it . The next day I picked up my car from the auto shop that they recommended with horrible results which made me stuck in the middle of the road after 15 minutes drive, while I’m stuck Alban tire calls me and ask for additional payment for the tire😡 . It was a horrible experience, I would avoid this place at any cost and the relationship between them and auto service shop they recommend seems fishy to me , avoid both places.

  Have gotten my tires here for several cars over a 15 year period. Great to work with - competitive pricing and well-informed staff.

  Spoke with a gentleman and told them we could be there at 4:30pm. Was nice on the phone but told us that even if we make it by that time they will not take us in for a simple tire change.
  
  All we needed was a tire change and we had the spare on hand. Your entire business model is changing and selling tires so not sure why you would send us away? Please don't advertise open till 5:00pm if you are going to turn people away who can make it within that time frame.

  This place was great. Came in for a screw on my tire. They fixed it up fast and didn’t charge me any “assessment fees” or any of that other nonsense that other places charge. I’m bringing my vehicles here from now on.

  charge me a fee for a vehicle inspection.
  
  I had to pay a bill to get my truck back. they're gonna close the door soon.They're not very honest there.

  I stopped here on a whim since I was in need of tire services. I got here 45 minutes before closing and Wilbur got me in and out before closing. Excellent service if you need any tire needs definitely come here and ask for Wilbur.
