The All My Sons was outstanding! Jabari, Greg, and Josh showed up on time and were SUPER FAST packing things up and loading everything on the truck. Then off loading them at our new place. Got the entire job done quickly, professionally, and showed great care for our possessions. Highly recommend their services, if you need to move give them a call. Thanks for everything All My Sons!

I hired All my sons to help me pack all my condo and move me to my new place in November 11 2023. It was a two day move. First day to pack me the second day to load the truck and take to my new place. The first day 3 guys showed up, it took them 4 hours to pack my son’s room and half of my kitchen. Because they were paid hourly I guess they were taking their time and they did not pack my son’s desk with stuff still inside it. I asked them to leave and just come the next day to load the truck. They brought a small truck knowing that it won’t fit. They damaged my furniture, my TV. It was BRUTAL. I spoke to the manager Drew, he was able to send another crew Tazo and Chris. They were amazing, they helped unload the truck and went back to my condo to grab the rest of my stuff.I’m so frustrated, disappointed and I paid $3000 for this. By the way the 2 location were only 15 minutes from each other.

I had a quick turn move and all my sons went above and beyond to accommodate me. In person assessment was done quickly and a move date was setup on the spot (just a few days later). Richard and Antonio were my movers, showed up in time, communicated throughout the process, wrapped everything fragile, and moved a three bedroom townhouse in great time. Richard and Antonio were just as professional at the other end dropping everything off. It was about a 5 1/2 hour process from start to finish and to top things off, they came in under budget. This group high my highest recommendation.

Jabari, Greg, and Markus were the best! Professional, fast, and friendly. They were as careful with our things as we would have been. We couldn’t ask for more!We would recommend them to anybody moving in the DC area.An extra note: all the office staff we spoke with on the phone to coordinate our move were wonderful as well.

BEWARE!!! Do not use this moving company. They moved my furniture into storage in July. 4 months later, here we are, I get my stuff out of storage. All my totes were smashed. My base to my table was broken. They set heavy items on top of fragile items. I could have done a better job on my own. I called to let them know my displeasure. I was basically told screw you, you have already moved it so it's not our responsibility. They call themselves professionals. Daddy and all his sons need a course in learning how to pack things in a storage unit and some better customer service skills!!!!! If I could give a zero I definitely would.

Best experience I've ever had moving. Jabari, Greg and Aaron gave 100% with my move today. They were friendly, professional, and very hard working. All of my items were efficiently packed, loaded, and relocated from my home to my storage with consideration and care. The work was accomplished in a timely manner with plenty of smiles all around. If I ever move again I will use this company every time. Thank you so much for your excellent service!

All My Sons was an amazing moving company from customer service to our movers. Marilyn helped us on the phone with a quote and setting up our service. She was the perfect balance of being personable and professional. Drew followed up the day before our move to make sure that all details were correct. And, finally Nico and the other two members of our moving crew were amazing! From the moment they arrived we could tell we were in great hands. They did a walk-through of the property prior to starting, and then quickly got to work. We were extremely pleased with how quickly they were able to pack everything with care and unload us at our destination in what felt like record time. If we ever have to move again, we will definitely use All My Sons again and special request Nico and crew.

I went with All My Sons after checking reviews for a few places…happy I decided to go with them. Yesterday they helped me move from my apartment to a townhouse, and the entire process went super smoothly. The team was professional, courteous, and efficient. They arrived on time and were very careful with all of my stuff. They even helped me pack some items I didn’t have packed super well to make sure they were safe during the move.The team made the entire process stress-free, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. Special thanks to Mario, Gabriel, Dominic and Antony for stellar service and for making friends with my old pup. Great guys! Also thanks to Drew for returning my key that I forgot.

STAY AWAY!!!!Where do I start? Sigh. First, I'm never booking a vendor before checking Yelp because had I done that, I would've saved myself $6500. All of the reviews are exactly like mine.I almost never write reviews, unless I'm extremely happy or extremely upset, and as you can tell by how many stars, it's definitely the latter. They were great during the process before paying my deposit and were very responsive. My husband and I had a bad moving experience before so we wanted to hire a professional company to pack and unpack on the other side. I sent pictures of everything that we had so there were no surprises.We had a 6 bedroom house and they sent two guys with a 24 foot truck. They seemed nice and I didn't hover over them because I assumed they were professional. We were on a time schedule, and seven hours later(and 2 weed breaks), less than half of it was done. We even moved all the big items out before they came so it would not take as long . At that point they started throwing things down the steps in balling stuff up and putting them in boxes. I had a cleaning company there who,thank God, helped us out. They ran out of boxes, tape, and space on the truck so I ended up paying Cleaning Company to bring labor to move another truck full of items, which we had to pay to rent. The cleaning company went to Home Depot and got boxes and neatly packed the remaining items, some of which I had to throw away.As if that wasn't enough, they broke my bedframe and set it up in my house without putting screws in it, so we fell when we sat on it. We didn't discover this till after they left. We just threw it away and purchased a new one. On top of that, not a single box was labeled, and we dreaded going through each and every box to figure out what was where. I called the company back to let them know what happened to make corrections in the future but no one called me back so here I am months later , writing this review, in hopes of saving other individuals from this nightmare.What prompted me to write this today is because my husband had a garment box full of suits, and we finally decided to open the box . So damn angry! They were all thrown in the bottom of this box on top of random stuff, like glass, old, paper, and random shoes..... completely destroyed and ripped by broken glass. None of my seasonings were taped shut and was mixed in with cast iron and very expensive wine glasses, which, by the way, we're broken, so I had to throw the whole box of seasoning away. Did I also mention I couldn't reach them the following day and that they showed up around noon?If we have to move again, I'm not trusting another moving company that just hires hourly workers with no professional background. I'm gonna hire workers myself, rent a truck myself, and be the project manager on my own move. I'm tired of this.FYI: the pictures with the Home Depot boxes is half of what was left in my garage after the movers were "done". Trust me. Save your money and do your research.

My family and I experienced such a horrible move with All My Sons. It was a complete nightmare and we are still recovering from the distress we encountered with this company. As a professional that works in the residential industry, I understand so intimately how stressful and draining moving can be on a household. This is why customers seek help for moving, the cost is very high and not ideal but for the service you make the sacrifice to pay. I can assure you, please do not sacrifice your households money paying for moving expenses with this company. On moving day, we were scheduled to start our move at 9am, no one ever arrived. My husband and I had to call several time for an update. The movers didn't arrive to our home until 4 hours later. They explained they were handling another move and double booked apparently, totally unacceptable but we gave them grace and tried to be understanding although it totally messed up our moving schedule. My husband and family had to start packing up our own vehicles in lieu of all my sons being so late and totally disregarding the scheduled time. Once the movers arrived, they were not prepared. We were promised that the cost include, materials, packing, wrapping items, breaking down furniture, packing and unloading accordingly. To top off the fact that they were late with little to no apology, they came with NO SUPPLIES OR TOOLS! They were not able to wrap our furniture, and couldn't break down our beds. My family had to go to the store to pick up wrapping supplies and they used boxes to break down and wrap our furniture with. At this point, I couldn't believe the unprofessionalism and the fact that they didn't come prepared to provide the services to be paid for. This not only prolonged the moving process but made it super stressful and unbearably horrible. In the process of incorrectly moving our items without properly wrapping them, they damage my expensive tv stand. How could you, provide such horrible service and then mishandle peoples items with such disrespect? If you weren't prepared, shouldn't have management got involved and rescheduled or came and brought the supplies to make sure items weren't damaged during there professional services. Well, that didn't happen, we were treated with no respect and as if our move didn't matter to them. We had to call management several times and not only were they disrespectful and rushed us off the phone they just sent us to claims department that only offered $100!!!! After an almost $1,000 move, we ended up with stress, damaged furniture, we had to hire new movers because they never packed up all of our items or broke down our beds. I truly expected to be reimbursed after their movers didn't have the proper supplies to wrap my items that were sentimental to my family. Until this day we received $0 , no communication from management or apologies. As a manager myself, I practice good business habits and this is truly bad business, all around. The management team should be ashamed. My family and I should have received a refund or for the movers to come back and finish our move due to their lack of preparation but no they rushed and lacked professionalism and treated my family with total disrespect. There movers communicated with us that they ran out of supplies which was to be included in their labor and hourly that we paid. Due to this they didn't wrap our items properly. They assured us it would be fine with them moving the items but that was not the case at all. Between the movers being 4 hours late, to not having proper supplies, making us late for our loading dock appointment and then to end the day cracked my tv stand which is the highlight of our living room. Truly a nightmare from beginning to end! Plus, no inventory list was gone over , so this should be handled with fairness and respect to your customer. I am super disappointed, this crack was due to your movers not having proper supplies and ramming our items into the truck, which was not done properly.

Mario,Gabriel, & Eric did a wonderful job with moving us from our apartment to our new home. Although we had a lot of stuff, they were still patient and great at moving our things. They were recommended from my mother in law and we had a great experience. I would highly recommend them and this company and would use their services again!

Cannot say enough good things about this moving company, specifically Rene and Monty. They moved us out of a four-story townhouse in one hour, stopped by another location for additional pickup, and waited patiently when there were administrative challenges getting into the building. All of our items, including artwork & fragile glassware, are in perfect condition, and we are very grateful to have had them handle the move. Highly recommend!

I was so excited to find what I thought would be a great moving service. I have always had long distance moves and we drove the truck ourselves, but had great luck with loaders and unloaders. I had hoped a shorter move would be even better.To start, the operations person who was responsible for my move recommended adding a 3rd man to the crew, which raised my rate, claiming the move would go faster. It took 6 hours for a 1 bedroom apartment and a half hour drive between locations.In this process, the team broke two items; my TV and the leg on my dining table, rendering both items unusable. I was never offered the additional coverage options or had the liability coverage explained to me, which is only 60 cents per pound, per item. So for two items totaling $800ish dollars in worth (likely more), I am only being reimbursed $150, without full knowledge of my options.I never received a written estimate, nor did I receive a statement at the end of the move. We have been overcharged by approximately $200ish, and over a month since my move and 7 or 8 calls later (none of which were ever returned), it is still unresolved. The information put on the employees' timesheets does not match fact, or what was on what little paperwork I did receive.Aside from breaking items, we were told several times throughout the loading process that certain items weren't allowed to be moved, but they were going to do it anyway "just for" us. None of the items they mentioned were in the paperwork that listed what could and couldn't be moved. They also said they would tell their manager not to charge me for supplies/materials used, but we got charged anyway (which is normal, but I feel lied to and jerked around).The final straw was that they put my bed together upside down, which I had to fix on my own, despite claiming they had pictures to follow. They also walked off with my utility knife.I am livid, disheartened, and confused. I feel that I have been cheated, taken advantage of, and frankly stolen from. This was supposed to be the simplest move, yet it has turned into the worst experience and most complicated process.I wish I could have left one of the many pleasant reviews, but I can't. The only positive thing I can say about my experience was that despite clearly lying, at least the crew was pleasant to work with, and Jazmyne the secretary has been kind and empathetic in trying to help me sort things out.
