Went in to buy a new phone, and store would not let me buy one without signing up for an installment plan, which is fine. I let them know that I would no longer be moving forward with purchasing the phone. Without my knowledge and without me signing anything, they had already transferred my phone number over to the new phone so I had to make a return trip back to the store. The lady who helped me was very nice and got my phone number transferred back over to my old phone. When I got home, I noticed that I was no longer eligible for an upgrade and that AT&T was trying to recharge me full price for the phone I already owned and had paid off. I called the store and talked to the manager Marcos, and he insinuated that I was wrong because they would not charge me again for the phone I already paid off and would not offer any solution besides calling AT&T customer support. This store clearly employs people who have no idea what they're talking about and what should have been a 30 minute errand is now eating up multiple hours of my time. Horrible experience.

I had a wonderful experience! I came it to get a new Apple Watch and a new screen for my phone. Marcos and Mafer were great and gave an unsurpassed customer service, and were very patient with all the questions I had.
There are a few AT&T stores in this area, I highly recommend this one. 20 out of 10 ?

Cesar and Makayla provided exceptional customer service. Makayla was extremely patient answering all my questions and explaining the benefits of my new phone and plan. Cesar ensured all mydata from my old phone successfully transferred to my new phone and both provided their contact info in case I had any additional questions or concerns.
