Buyer beware. This store engages in very shady practices. My husband and I came here for assistance between 5:30pm-7:30pm on November 29, 2025. I was getting added to his plan due to a special AT&T was running, and my husband was upgrading his phone. Now, one month later, we are seeing many charges on our bill that were not disclosed!
The employee gave us our phones and did not disclose ANYTHING such as him adding “next up anytime”, adding the insurance, and putting my new line on the highest tier plan (which ALL cost extra by the way!! But we were thankfully able to remove).
Also, he lied to us about what the costs of our phones would be! Now, one month later, we learned that we were lied to about the value of our trade-in for the existing line and the credits that would be given on the promo for the new line, both of which directly impact the cost of our bill for the next 36 months!
It seems like the employee only cared about his commission, not about customer service. Very disappointing. Lesson learned: always ask to see EVERYTHING in writing, and ask as many questions as possible about what is being done to your phone plan!

Very disappointing experience at this AT&T store. The representative was unprofessional and distracted — at one point laughing and talking with another employee while assisting us.
No promotions or options were clearly explained. I had to repeatedly ask questions and “dig out” basic information myself instead of being properly guided.
This felt rushed, confusing, and disrespectful. Customer service should be attentive and transparent, and this experience was neither. I would not recommend this location.

I went here about 2 weeks ago.... My service still isn't on. When I got the phones I waited 3 hours..then I go back a couple of days later the manager isn't there so again I don't get my phone fixed or service started. I went yesterday were sorry but the manager can only help you with that and will be in tomorrow. Promised to wave the 35.00 activation fee and has me owing a bill of 432.00

Horrible experience. Went there on Saturday to upgrade our phone from our plan, the workers had a table outside the store where they were all sitting, the worker that came inside to help us was useless. Didn’t know the answer to any of our simple questions like what is the difference between the iPhone 16 pro and plus, stood there and watched us research our own questions online whilst staying silent and not attempting to help. With multiple moments of silence as we were waiting for answers or more info, we tried to just get it over and done with and asked for a specific phone, he went to the back to check for availability and it wasn’t in stock, couldn’t tell us when it might be back in stock, didn’t tell us any other viable options or alternatives. We ended up leaving out of frustration. Went to the AT&T on Frontier Drive as had a way better experience, got what we came for within 10 minutes. I don’t suggest going to the store on Old Keene Mill Road.

The AT&T store on Olde Keene Mill Rd in Springfield Va is fantastic!!! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I received exceptional service from both Marcos and Mafer. I went back and asked for a little help with my new iPad and they both bent over backward to help me!!! Thanks so much for all your help I am sure I will be upgrading my devices and possibly signing up for new service because of their good attitudes and great customer service!!!

My experience at AT&T was wonderful because from the beginning, I was assisted by a girl named Mafer, who helped me resolve my question and the service I needed. She spoke to me with great patience and understanding, and she really knew what I wanted! You need more employees like her!!!

Went in to buy a new phone, and store would not let me buy one without signing up for an installment plan, which is fine. I let them know that I would no longer be moving forward with purchasing the phone. Without my knowledge and without me signing anything, they had already transferred my phone number over to the new phone so I had to make a return trip back to the store. The lady who helped me was very nice and got my phone number transferred back over to my old phone. When I got home, I noticed that I was no longer eligible for an upgrade and that AT&T was trying to recharge me full price for the phone I already owned and had paid off. I called the store and talked to the manager Marcos, and he insinuated that I was wrong because they would not charge me again for the phone I already paid off and would not offer any solution besides calling AT&T customer support. This store clearly employs people who have no idea what they're talking about and what should have been a 30 minute errand is now eating up multiple hours of my time. Horrible experience.
