I Called Yesterday for a DEF Diesel Tester that was told would be held for me 24hrs just for me to drive here less than 20hrs to say it’s not there 👎🏽 Bad Business

Had a god awful experience at this location. 1st i enter and ask a question to the “manager” craig regarding a the specs of a device his response was “How should I know what does it say on the box”. Immediately annoyed by that. Next im standing in line and he directs me to self checkout, fine, the self checkout only takes card no problem. I purchased the item and noticed the receipt printer was behind the counter. So I shrugged it off and left. I get back to my destination to find out that this was not the device i needed . Ok let me go return this . Its been 45 minutes. I get there and craig tells me that i need a receipt. I say ok it should be right there on the counter i just left a few minutes ago. “Its gone i dont know what to tell you”. I say this is ridiculous i was JUST here. So a younger associate named alex came out and offered to help me find it. So we begin digging through the trash while craig stands there like a rock. I then ask cant you just look up my transaction. He says no the system doesn’t allow that. So at this point im furious and ask for the corporate number. He barks its on the door and offers me store credit. I then say fine its better than nothing. So then he looks up my transaction after JUST TELLING ME HE COULDNT DO THAT. He then says oh you paid cash i definitely cant do the credit.. I WENT TO SELF CHECK THERE IS NO CASH OPTION A SIGN CLEAR AS DAY THAT SAYS DEBIT/CREDIT ONLY. Now that was the final straw I demand to speak to your manager. He calls whoever he needs to call after I threaten to call corporate and then processes my refund. Full on lying to my face absolutely horrendous customer service and to top it all off after he started doing the refund Alex (who by the way is a phenomenal employee from what i could tell and should be in craigs position) was standing nearby waiting to see if he or I needed anything else. Craig looks at him and coldly barks “WHAT ARE YOU STILL HERE FOR? Go find some business!” Alex responds by saying i was just waiting to see if you needed anymore help. Craig says im done go on somewhere. That is the primary reason im writing this review. He should not be in a position to oversee someones livelyhood and this man has singlehandedly ensured that autozone will never see 1 red cent of my money ever again PROMOTE ALEX

Def the worst AutoZone I've been to. Went in looking for an item the Hispanic guy just kept saying I ain't a mechanic idk to everything I was asking about. Don't understand why you have people working at a auto parts and they don't even know anything.

JJ (Jose) went above and beyond to help me get the right parts and tools I need to get my car back in working order. I'm from out of town and was having car problems. I went to Firestone initially, and was given multiple estimates that was extreme. I wasn't about to get ripped off when I know that's what the autoshop was doing! I needed my whole radiator hose assembly changed. JJ looked at my car to make sure I had the right parts and tools because I was clueless about what to get. JJ also made sure I had everything to do a coolant flush of my car.
After getting everything I needed. I Youtubed how to change the radiator unit and flush the coolant system. I changed the radiator hose unit, flushed the coolant system, and replaced the system with new coolant all by myself. Now my car is no longer overheating!! I still can't believe I did those things myself!!
Thank you JJ, you are amazing and I appreciate you for finding the tools and parts I needed to do the job myself!!

Poor service.8/12024. I repeated the vehicle 3 times but the attended was too busy listening to his iPad. This after wating 5 minutes for an attended, please train your staff service and at try to help your customers.

Being my local auto parts store, stopped in to pick up a DIY oil change kit for my 2015 Honda Accord. Good prices and you can check online to make sure they have specific inventory in stock before heading to the store.
