This was the easiest install of anything I’ve ever had. Once they had the materials, it was a one day Install and it is beautiful. The gentleman who did the work did a beautiful job. He was very professional and left our bathroom very neat and clean. The best thing I’ve ever done and it really does make a difference in our life. A wonderful job I would recommend them highly. We love our new shower.

Outstanding. I recommend Bathfitter. I was hesitant as a tile lover, however, after seeing the exemplary finished products and overall effect, I volunteered to place their sign in my yard.
I have received several compliments on both the white tub and surround from service pros/contractors that are currently performing repairs/replacements on my 31 year old home. All have been impressed and even after asking about the price tag remained impressed. I used the Bathfitter credit with low monthly payments.
I selected Bathfitter because I could not find a licensed plumber/contractor to pull out my old tub at a reasonable cost and use porcelain tile for the surround. Yet, Bathfitter was the one, after showing me a finished bathroom photo of a neighbor with the identical bathroom layout who' had the same problem/need. The color, I selected was pure white with the free beautiful tub and shower chrome fixtures.
Both the sales Consultant/
technician and the one man Installer are professionals. In my consumer opinion, the front line representing Bathfitter. The Installer was organized, highly proficient and demonstrated pride in his work. He is an outstanding individual. He was always pleasant, easy to ask questions and considerate of the property at all times, i.e, before, during and after the bathtub demolition and install. The installation was stressless for me. That is what counts to the Customer. It was my pleasure to have met him. Kudos to the Installer of my Bathfitter products. The finished install says it all. "Seeing is believing". You already know.

Poor coordination between sales and scheduling. Salesperson said it would take one day but scheduler said two days. I rescheduled work at the last moment to accommodate only to be told by installer that it would only take one day. He was done by 3pm on first day.

Before & After. We are pleased with how the tub to shower conversion turned out. Cost was too high though. I think it looks nice, but time will tell.

Installation for two showers was performed ahead of quoted time. Down time was completely manageable. Installers were on time, took time to place drop cloths leading into the work space and were efficient with the installation. All trash was completely removed. The showers are beautiful. Care for the new showers was discussed and the is the lifetime warranty. What’s not to love.❤️

Bath Fitter provided an excellent experience. John, our salesman was great, he took the time to sit down with us in our home and explain the entire process. Giving us thorough explanations on the materials, quality hardware and setting expectations on installation times based on our current bathrooms. We ended up remodeling two baths at the same time, one tub/shower and a shower. It took about 6 weeks for all of our materials to be custom built to the measurements of our bathrooms. Customer service is excellent, the team provided regular updates and worked with us to schedule around our requests. They installed both bathrooms at the same time. Bart and Justin did great work, lots of demolition and rebuild work. The tub took 1.5 days and the shower 2.5 days. A few minor issues (nail pops, scratches) after the shower installation were quickly remedied. Again customer service was great, one call on a Sunday, scheduling call first thing Monday and repaired the next day.
The best part about this experience, you get exactly what you pay for. When you pay for high quality, full service construction, you get a great experience. Everything is included in the price, no haggling over problems encountered during demo and when problems arise, they are fixed at no extra charge. The materials are great, our baths are solid, sturdy and beautiful.
Cameron, the service manager is very professional and ensures high quality craftsmanship!!
We will come back to Bath Fitter when we need another remodel!!!

Great experience with them. Everyone was professional, nice and job was well done.
The only downside is the smell of the adhesive. Still lingers a bit after a handful of days but it does get better every day ( I'm just a person who is HIGHLY irritated by smells).
