Mo provided prompt courteous service in changing my car key battery. He took less than 5 minutes to do this and charged me much less than the dealership was asking. I will be going here in the future for all of my appliance and vehicle battery needs.

Very disappointed with the Battery Plus location in Springfield, VA. The store did not open on time, and there were four customers (including myself) waiting outside well past the posted opening hours. No explanation, no update, and no respect for customers’ time. Extremely unprofessional. If you value punctuality and good service, I suggest looking elsewhere.

My boyfriend has had a complete NIGHTMARE of an experience at this location yesterday. I had to drive to him, and jump start his car, after Batteries Plus not only left him stranded at their store, but threatened to have him arrested by the police when Amed (Batteries Plus manager) said that he was calling corperate, because they would not honor the warranty for a $400 battery, that was already approved for replacement.
Apparently, Mo heard that another Batteries Plus manger had approved the warranty replacement, and he refused to allow it - insisting that my boyfriend pay the BMW dealership to test the alternator and then bring it back. The car was dead, and would not start. How was he supposed to do that?
Apparently calling the customer support service number will result in the local franchise calling the cops on you to have you arrested for trespassing, because this location will not allow themselves to be held accountable.

Do not get your phone repaired here.
Unfortunately, my insurance provider sent me here to have my iPhone display replaced. I was initially given an off-brand screen, which looked horrendous, lagged, and randomly shut off. After complaining, I was told that a new, genuine Apple part had been ordered and would be installed. That turned out to be far from the truth. My phone continued to display a warning that the display was an unknown part, indicating either it wasn’t a genuine Apple display or it was installed incorrectly. It was both.
I ended up going back to my insurance provider and explained the issue. They finally redirected me to an Apple Genius Bar, where Apple technicians did confirmed that the screen was not an Apple genuine part and that the display was sticking out and not installed properly.
Please save yourself the trouble and do not get your phone repaired here.

This batteries plus had the auto battery in stock I was looking for.
The service person was very knowledgeble and was able to help me pick the correct battery, with options. Will continue to support this BatteriesPlus store and refer friends and family.

They did not match up to what their website said was available in the store. I purchased specifically at this store because the website showed both items were available. Even though the store was 40 minutes away and not the closest to me, I paid since it had both items. I drove the 40 minutes each way, only to find one item was unavailable. Even though the employee was very friendly, I was offered no discount, no credit, nothing for my troubles. It was not a good experience.

I came into the store to buy a replacement battery for my FIOS internet box, and I was instantly greeted and assisted. The person at the desk immediately knew which battery I needed and got it for me quickly. The whole experience was smooth and pleasant. Great customer service!

We always get batteries here for our stair lift and exterior elevators, and the guy at the front counter is very helpful friendly and very knowledgeable about batteries ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Called the store to make sure they had the item in stock. Placed the order online. Picked it up in store. Package had no product number listed. Got it home, opened package, and it was wrong. They want me to come in to pick up the correct one they should have given to me in the first place. It's an hour round trip. They should ship the correct one to me since someone in the store did not give me what I ordered. Do your job right next time.

I was in a pinch to get a key for my Honda accord, lost my extra key and didn't want to be without an extra. Went to batteries plus for a duplicate I was shocked they had it right in the store, didn't have to wait, and it was way cheaper than the dealer.

If you know what you want and check online for availability before arriving at the store, you can't go wrong. I've had a few experiences where I needed customer assistance in the store and left without a satisfactory answer. However, you can't beat the selection of batteries and some of the staff are extremely helpful.
