Went by yesterday and got two different quotes from them. One with parts and one without parts. They showed us the prices on their parts, and it was like 500$ extra because they want to make a profit on the parts plus the labor cost, which is another 500, bringing the total to 1400. We said Can we bring our own parts, and you guys install it, They said yes. After we bought all the parts and were about to deliver the car, they refused us. Sketchy enough, they didn’t even give us the quote because they said they weren’t dumb. It was probably to hide the ridiculous markups they were charging

I’ve been to many repair shops before and experienced unreasonable prices and poor service. But KB Auto is completely different ,they never lie about a customer’s car and always provide fast and accurate service. They fix problems in less than half the time it takes at other shops, with precise work and fair prices. It’s truly the most trustworthy and excellent auto shop near the DMV. Thank you always!

I was at tire auto on Blacklick rd for nail in tire, they told me I was here first no one is here so my car will be done first, 25 minutes later and nothing was done while others got there after me were taken care of. Their excused was other customers has appointment even they got there 15 minutes after me. Took my car to KB auto and was taken care in and out in 5 minutes. This is how good service was done no matter how big or small the job is. Well done and will recommend to all.

This is probably one of the most untrustworthy auto repair places I’ve ever been to. They gave me a price over the phone and then soon as I arrive they change the price, and then they change the price again. I came to pick up the vehicle and then they tried to charge me almost $200 to plug up the OBD2 scanner and tell me the error code that I already gave them over the phone keep in mind you can buy the scanner from Walmart or advance auto for about $10.

After observing all of the positive reviews on the web, I decided to visit this venue to have them facilitate an oil change, emissions, and safety inspection.
Today I arrived shortly after they opened and stated my business. My vehicle was immediately bought into their bay/garage and the mechanics started right away. I was delighted to know that my oil change was quoted cheaper than what I normally pay at other venues. Nearly 40 minutes later, the tasks were complete and I was out of there but not before having a nice discussion with the gentleman at the front desk. I didn’t catch his name but he was respectful and polite.
I will be returning with my other vehicles to have them serviced by KB Auto Care in the near and distant future!!!

I brought my car into KB Auto Care a few months ago after the driver-side window got stuck, refusing to go up or down. I had already purchased a new regulator and motor, but the motor ended up having the wrong pin size. Thankfully, the guys here didn’t miss a beat—they quickly adapted the part on the spot and got the job done without any issues! About two hours later, the window worked perfectly, smooth as new. Fast, professional, and super accommodating. Since moving to Springfield, this is definitely my new go-to auto shop!

I recently had an exceptional experience at KB Auto Care, where I had an oil change, a general inspection, and both front headlights buffed. From start to finish, the service was top-notch. The entire process was remarkably fast, and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations.
