I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Best Buy. I waited over 20 minutes with no help, only to be skipped over for another family that arrived after me. When I finally spoke up, the employee, Tracy, cut me off mid-sentence, rushed me through the interaction, and carried herself with a nasty, dismissive attitude the entire time.
On top of that, I was told that I’d be charged a $8 fee for a screen replacement installation under my Geek Squad Protection plan something I have never been charged before. Instead of explaining or clarifying the charge, Tracy brushed me off as if my questions and my business didn’t matter.
I pay for my protection plan and my phone services, and I expect basic professionalism and respect. Tracy’s behavior was unacceptable, and it reflects very poorly on this location. I’ve had great service here before with other employees, but this kind of treatment is not something I’ll tolerate.

A huge shout-out to Om and his manager Livingston — they went above and beyond to help us with the purchase of our brand new Google Pixel 9. From start to finish, they were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure we were taken care of. This has hands down been one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. We’ll definitely be coming back again. Thank you, Om and Livingston!

I was there about 2 weeks ago shopping for a laptop for school and got the best help from Kiani! He was very nice and helpful, showed me through my different options and helped me decide on the best option for me and my major! He is definitely a 5 star employee!!!

We went to purchase a gaming laptop and had plenty of options of choose from, Ethen was sales person who helped us in finalising the model, he has good knowledge and knows how to treat customers. store is well organized

I bought a pc from here, and the customer service I received from Ethan was definitely 5 star quality. He was able to talk about the pc to the fullest to fulfill my gaming and video editing requirements and questions, and he didn't try to upsale me.

Ethan and Asif in the computer/electronics department are amazing!! Both of them were so incredibly helpful and understanding. They were kind and helped explain everything. I've never had a better experience at best buy before. Thank you to the both of them for being so kind and caring. Thank you for understanding and explaining everything when I had questions. They both went above and beyond for us.
