I would like to appreciate Jazmin who helped me out on 12/22/2024 with extreme patience to port over my phone number from another carrier to boost mobile. She took her time and provided all support by working with her back team and her customer support team and my ohone number transfer was a headache to pirt in to boost she is great person. Its 6:54pm on 8/15. Took me 2 minutes to get to google review. I could already see the open light closed from afar. Im writing the review currently at the door while the worker pretends not to see us.
What a jerk. I will go to Annandale and get my phone.

I just purchased a new Samsung Android phone at this Boost Mobile location. The gentleman who helped me was named Abdullah. I told him I was nervous about getting a new phone and transferring everything. He reassured me he could take care of it. He was very professional, very helpful, and very kind. I'm so glad such a wonderful customer service person works at this location which is right near my home. Highly recommended.

I'm not sure what is wrong with the boost mobile stores in this area. Each and every one would accept my call and say nothing on the line then hang up or hang up mid conversation.

Awesome service! Bad phones! They don't deserve any stars. The woman who works there doesn't know anything and is always in a rush to leave. Just because of their bad cellphones and services I am switching providers. DO NOT GO THERE AT ALL!!
Terrible service and terrible cell phones, don't buy anything from there. Save your money and time by not going to this store. Their staff thinks they are doing you a favor by serving you and are not responsible for selling you a bad cell phone.

I walked in for a mandatory sim card upgrade and the clerk never acknowledged me. After 10 mins I, simply said hey there to make sure I wasn't invisible and he replied he was busy and I couldn't skip the line. Which was not my intent. I left.
