I'm not sure what is wrong with the boost mobile stores in this area. Each and every one would accept my call and say nothing on the line then hang up or hang up mid conversation.

I walked in for a mandatory sim card upgrade and the clerk never acknowledged me. After 10 mins I, simply said hey there to make sure I wasn't invisible and he replied he was busy and I couldn't skip the line. Which was not my intent. I left.

Would give zero stars if I could. A friend bought me a new iPhone, so I tried to upgrade my phone on the Boost network. After 2 months of back and forth, Boost tells me they cannot support the new phone. I decide to close my account and take my business elsewhere. The problem - they refuse to unlock one of the 3 phones I have on my plan so that I can use it with a different carrier. This is a phone that I own outright. So basically, Boost is providing unsatisfactory service and is holding my phone hostage so that it is useless and can’t be used with another provider. I have talked to three customer service representatives so far, each the supervisor of the one before. Each has been unhelpful. One was quite rude. They quote company policies rather than seeking a solution to the problem — a problem that exists only because of their inadequate service. Save yourself a big headache and hours of your time — do not choose Boost.

Today was my third time going to this store. I've had the same young man assisting me and he was very courteous and extremely helpful, every time. I am so impressed by his professionalism and knowledge. He even thanked me for my business. That's a rarity these days! Excellent service.

I had an awesome experience when i purchase a device last week this guy jose its excellent and what he is doing great costumer service there was a lady too she is so great as well both help me and offered the best price I could have for a phone was kind of in need because I am in low budget and I am so grateful for them iPhone 7 boys

Scam Alert, I bought a cord yesterday and less than 12 hours later it stopped charging. $16 Stolen, no business cards, no managers, she plays d*** and never answers the phone, she told me to call 611. refused a refund or an exchange. Discourteous and Unprofessional are too kind for this "kristabel", eventually she claimed she did not speak english. was too busy flirting with older men buying her a pizza lunch.

Gave a wrong (higher) price for phone until convinced to check their system, would not sell phone to activate myself and insisted they had to activate it (for the activation fee of course). Had to walk away.
