After I filled up my car w/gas, it wouldn't restart. I poked my head into their garage and even though they were obviously very busy, a kind older man reassured me that they would look at it in a few moments and to wait in my car. His brother came out shortly, said the battery was dead, they fit me into their busy day and it wasn't long before I was back on the road again. I will probably start taking my car there to for service.

Very bad experience. The Inspector man at this location is not honest. I regret taking my vehicle there. Go somewhere else to avoid the disappointment.

While driving from New England to NC, our car started making a horrible rattle. It was 4pm on a Friday in the summer and Liberty was still open. The staff looked at it and spent the time to show me what was wrong. The quote was reasonable and 3 members at 5pm worked on my car so we could safely continue our drive the next morning. They were courteous, professional and REALLY helped us make the car safe for our long journey. Thank you!

Terrible customer service, no communication. Arrived at this Springfield Va location for a tire plug. I was told all techs are at lunch. So I waited 1 hour, there was no customers in line, also no customers in inspection line. From the beginning I was referred by them to go across the street to a different business. I stayed to use their business, then I was told now there’s other customers in line they need to take care of, and once again referred me to use the business across the street. Remember there was 0 I repeat 0 customers ahead of me when I arrived and waited 1 hour.This location is questionable and I do not recommend using their services.I feel like I was refused service because I’m a black man. It was kinda obvious.
