Had my rental car wrecked during my stay in D.C. Representative Naima was incredible help! She showed patience, kindness and compassion. She led me in the right direction when I didn’t know what to do and when the Customer Service lines was no help. Awesome customer service!

TERRIBLE.!! This is the second time where they call me at the last minute, to tell me that even though I have a Reservation, that they do NOT have cars. That there is nothing they can do to help, pretty much leaving me to figure things out on my own. I had an important work trip, and had to borrow a friends car.

You may be tempted to use this location. Don’t. My experience:Dirty car and it had not been properly serviced (no wiper fluid). There is no drop box for after hours return. I’m sure that was somewhere in the fine print. And to add to it, the place opened 7 mins late per the posted hours of 7:30 am.

The Hispanic guy with the bun had give me best customer service, the car was exceptionally clean. This place should have better reviews, the customer service is amazing!

Desired car was available, agent was pleasant and courteous. However, despite pre-paying for the car on the Budget website, I was asked to provide a card for "standard" purposes. Turns out the agent tacked on an insurance fee, even though we had verbally declined all insurance coverage. Instructed us to "just initial things on this screen", one of which ended up being the insurance charge. If you have prepaid, don't fall for this. Budget corporate said "too bad, you signed it".

Look it’s rare I post a review. Do NOT RENT FROM HERE. Super shady. Switch and bait on cars. Old gross car two sizes down from what I reserved. Budget in general sucks but this location takes the cake. Dirty care and the tank was NOT full. Take pictures so you have proof.

Beware! This location is run by very dishonest people. I rented a car from this location, and pre-paid for an intermediate size car. They delivered to me an economy sized car. They never spoke to me about downgrading. I talked to them when I return the car, and the woman behind the counter said she would leave a message for the manager because she could not do a price adjustment. I waited that phone call and it never came. I called the location to speak to the manager, where he said he was busy, took my name and said he call me back. That phone call never came. I called third time to speak to the Manager and explained the situation again. He put me on hold, and never came back to life. All I wanted was a simple price adjustment for the downgrade. This location refuse to deal with it. I wish I could give this location 0 stars. I will NEVER return. Crooks!

Not once but twice I have rented a car from them. I scheduled times only to show up with my car gone. If I wasn't with my daughter I wouldn't have been so upset but I called ahead of time the second time to make sure that my car would be available and the receptionist just gave me excuses about how it got busy at 2:30. She didn't seem confident in her job in the least. Will not be coming back.

Be careful.when picking up the car. Fuel gauge was less than 3/4, but agent claimed it's at 3/4. So I took pictures. When I returned car, agent wanted to know why not full. Good thing I have pictures of the fuel gauge. Not honest.

When I was given the car I rented, is was not clean. The dashboard, console, seats, windows, and inside of the doors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months. When I asked the salesman to clean it for me, he brought out a old dirty rag and wiped it down and asked me “Is that good enough?â€. As if wanting a clean car was asking too much. If I'm paying money, I'd like to drive around in a clean car.
