This is my second time bringing my vehicle to Caliber Collision after being involved in an accident. This time, someone rear-ended me and damaged my bumper. Just like before, the team was incredibly professional, efficient, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. The repairs were done beautifully, and I’m very satisfied with the results. Probably one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a repair shop. I received text messages with updates throughout the entire process, received my car 5 days earlier than the quoted repair date. They even vacuumed and washed the car which almost never happens at any repair shop. Not to mention they had free popcorn on sight 😅. If I could rate them higher I honestly would. Shoutout out to the nice lady at the reception desk, & the shorter guy with the glasses who took care of my vehicle.
