There are A LOT of 7-11s within a 1-mile radius of this one and I assumed they were all the same but I was wrong. This one is the Gucci of 7-11s in Springfield -- it's really clean, modern, and even has cold brew on tap at their coffee station. Only downside, as with all shops in this shopping center, is that it's a pain to enter, navigate, and exit the shopping center when Chick-Fil-A is open.

The lady at this subway was so rude! No bathrooms on the shopping strip in most of the stores and so when I entered Subway they had a restroom and she said it was closed! Why? I asked and informed I was pregnant and needed to use the bathroom. She would not provide and explanation nor was she kind! The place was empty and no one was even at the counter when I arrived. This young lady was in the back, she did not greet me nor was she friendly enough to provide a reason why their public bathroom was closed. No sign saying bathrooms closed...NOTHING. Don't patronage here, save your energy! Hard to find a parking spot, there are better places where Subway is located on this strip to eat at, where they'll let you use the restroom and provide friendly service!

Typical 7/11. Usually come in to get a drink and do cash back for a tip at my nail place right next door. Service is spot on & they're always stocked

I for one traveled out of my way for this subway because my girlfriend I are always greeted with a smile and great service when we come here. I was slightly appalled that the owner removed the tip jar. That is the single star removal in my rating.

Wish I could give it 0 stars. Was over charged by 3$ , after asking if what I saw displayed was correct. Dude behind the counter had a attitude like I've never seen. I repeated 5 times exactly what I wanted on my sandwich, still got it wrong. An ya know I'm a nice person , I don't talk down or any bull like that to anyone. But this dude bout flipped my b**** switch. when I asked what the extra 3$ charge was for, he got a attitude an all of a sudden didn't speak English anymore. I was gonna fight more but why ? So I paid , came home an emailed the name on the receipt, that was a even bigger joke. Owners reply was sorry my store didn't meet your high expectations. Dude my expectations were common curtesy. Just don't go to this place. There are a lot more subways ! This place is trash.

I contacted Joi wigs asking if they would allow me to use some of their wigs in a photoshoot to raise awareness of endometriosis and reproductive cancers. I contacted multiple salons and they were the only to respond. They were excited to help and let me use 5 wigs in the shoot. They showed me how to care for the wigs, gave me brushes, etc. Their staff was very easy to work with. A cute little shop that really cares. Attached are a few of the wonderful images this shop helped me create. My message has reached hundreds thanks to this shoot and the wigs so graciously donated by this shop.

I am so grateful to have found Joi wig and the service at the salon was excellent. We received a warm welcome as soon as we entered the store and Sylvia was extremely gracious and helpful in choosing the right wig for my daughter. My daughter has trichotillomania and as a result has lost all her hair. Sylvia was very kind and after trying on 3 wigs we decided on one. TheMy daughter was really excited to have a new wig before school starts tomorrow . She even said she felt like her old self again. Thank you Joi wig for going above and beyond to your customers . We will definitely be coming back .

Good wig selection. Ask for Suki, who is the manager at the wig salon. She is very caring, nice and knowledgeable. Parking is sometimes little difficult as the line for a local restaurant sometimes blocks parking spaces.

I don't do many reviews but I had the best experience today. I came in, with an appointment, which was great because I had all her attention. The other ladies who work there were so helpful, too. They helped me pick out a beautiful wig, which I need. They cut it there so I could wear it home. I came in with low self esteem. I hate to say it but I did. This has been a frustrating time with my hair but these ladies made me feel so much better and I left with my head held high. If anyone needs, even a little help with their hair go see these ladies. But make an appointment so you have plenty of time.
