Oh my god. This was the worst haircut for BOTH of my kids. They are not understanding what you are asking them for, treating your child like a thing, literally. Cartoon, candy in the mouth, so that they can’t give them any inconvenience. Even though I asked not to give my kid candy. This is my first and last time here.

This is horrible for just trimming a girl hair for $26.99. First of all I booked my daughter first hair cut with a female as soon as we get there it was a guy come to get my daughter and said he is the only one available! He took her to a chair without asking anything. I asked if he can do styling he said no. So he trimmed my daughter hair nothing else for $26.99. Never again!

The only resoson i went to this hair salon it because i want my son to get the best hair cut for his birthday. I showed the guy a picture exactly what kind of hair cut i want for my son, and he said ok but he keep cuting the hair short and shorter and I keep telling him to stop but he said it's not that short and now the hair is too short also its not the style i wanted, got relly mad, and left. So disappointed!

The cut was horrible. My son stayed still the whole time and it’s all chopped up. We paid, left a tip. We were happy my son got to experience his haircut at a fun place but we will never come back.
If you care about your kids hair look elsewhere! Definitely don’t regret the cut I would’ve done the same job at home. Just wish I would have paid for a service that helped my sons cut look better than my skills.

Hello, I am addressing to the manager or owner of this place.
I’ve taken my son since baby and I’ve booked him with the lady Ella but I took my son to the hair shop and sadly she wasn’t there. So I took my son for a haircut and a lady who name is Cookie. Cut my son hair. Her service was disastrous. She cut my son's eyebrow. My son screamed and cried because she cut his eyebrow with the hair clipper. I asked her why she did that and she had the nerve to deny it to my face saying that she hadn't done it. I asked to speak to the manager and she told me that they didn't have a manager. Please I ask all of the parents to not book your kids with that lady.

Ella did an amazing job on my son’s hair today pays attention to every detail while cutting my son’s hair .I differently will be back . She very kind friendly Ella even ask my son how he felt after his hair cut

Get your hair cut by any blind people, I'm sure they can do it better than these! I've never seen such a bad hair salon in my life. This was our second time and it will definitely be our last. The first haircut wasn't very good either but they said they would make up for it with the second but even the second was crooked and horrible. The front of my son's hair is already horrible but I really don't understand how they could cut the back of a child who was standing still so crooked. It upsets me that my husband paid for this disgusting haircut. If it was me you would have gotten a very different reaction. Don't go here.

My son got his haircut today! We notify the “professional” person that was cutting his hair to not cut anything with the haircut clippers to only used scissors, we even held him so she didn’t used them and she still did! If I could give a negative number I would! I am so disappointed/ frustrated with the hair and the lady for not following simple rules!!!’

We took our three year for her first haircut. We just wanted to clean up her hair, not cut off much length. Nhi was great with her and checked with us before she cut to make sure she didn’t take off more than we wanted. We were in and out quickly and it was cheaper than other kids cuts in the area.

I will NEVER come here again. I brought my 6 yr old daughter in for a TRIM. We asked for 1inch to come off just the ends. She has very curly hair that was long mid-back when dry. She left with what can only be described as half way between a bob and a mullet. The “hairdresser” didn’t even fully comb out her tangles before chopping off at least 4 inches. And of course when she finally finished combing it the lengths were all over the place. And what’s worse for some inexplicable reason she made the front even shorter! So there’s a weird fade back. It looks like a grown out bowl cut from 1995. Thankfully my daughter likes it. I’m furious. It would have looked better if I gave my daughter kid safety scissors and told her to go to town cutting it herself!! It took all my willpower not to scream and cry as we paid and left. Do not take your little girls here!

Anh was great! I told her that my son isn’t the most pleasant while getting his haircut (screams and tries to get away) but she made it a great experience for us and was very quick. She gave a great haircut under the circumstance. She was so sweet! Will come back for his future haircuts!

Such a horrible experience and a waste of money. I spent $49 on such horrible haircuts. I kept telling the hairdresser the fade she was doing wasn’t even, her response was each side of the hair is different as if it suppose to be that way. My daughter’s hair was also uneven. I tried to explain to the hairdresser what needed to be fixed but eventually stopped because the more she tried to fix it, the haircut got worse. We won’t be returning customers, it truly was a horrible experience. The photos attached don’t justify how bad the hair cuts look in person.

Took my kids few times there never had an issue until this last visit. The lady named Elly is rudest, greedy unprofessional person I've ever met. No greetings, will argue with you what hair cut you want for your kids, she will rush you out of the store and finally she asks if you are adding a tip. Never coming back there for sure and I don't recommend it.
