- This branch offers a drive-thru service.
- There's a parking lot right in front, as well as additional parking available at the shopping mall.
- The interior is relatively small. There are 2 teller counters and approximately 2-3 private rooms. There's also a seating area with sofas in the main hall.
[My experience]
- The staff provides excellent service, welcoming customers, asking questions, and offering assistance.
- Everything inside is brand new and clean. It seems to have opened in early 2024.

I called to check if this Chase branch carried Mexican Pesos and Aaron said they did, so I drove here 40min away. When I got there they said I would have to order them and pretended he heard that I wanted to exchange Mexican Pesos for US dollars, even though on the call the asked specially what kind of pesos. If such a simple task was not able to be communicated or honestly resolved I wouldn’t trust Aaron with anything banking related.

I have been by 3 days in a row and the ATM in the drive thru doesn't work. Chase also has a stand alone ATM in the parking lot but that hasn't worked in over a year.I'm sad that I use this bank and they can't even get the basics right. Because if this I will never walk in and consult on money management, etc. if I can't get cash when I need it I might as well shift everything to online banking and actually get interest on my captive money.I have been using 3rd party ATMs. Of course there are charges since Chase doesn't partner with any other banks. It makes me mad every time. I am actually losing money by banking with Chase.

Everytime I walk in there’s no professionalism like someone else mentioned in a review as well. It seems that they judge you based on your age from what I’ve noticed because everytime I’m forced to use the ATM for a deposit or withdrawal. Whenever an older person walks in they are treated with great respect. I go to other locations around VA and have always been more than satisfied with the customer service it is insane how bad this location is. They lack the basic ability to even greet you when you walk in. When they first opened up they also called me to let me know they were here which was nice! I really thought this would be a nice location but wow was I wrong. I have never been treated correctly here and I’ve been here more than 5 times.

today i went to this newly opened Chase branch, i was greeted by one of the clerks with a big smile, and she took me to Erin, who was warm and welcoming, he helped me to update my bank account, and the manager came in, another young elite man, both are professional and delivered great service, keep it up Springfield Chase! be the leading branch of Nova!
