I never write bad reviews, this is the first time. Our restaurant has been ordering from them for the past ten years. They were great, until recent change of ownership. The new owner increased the minimum for delivery. Some of the items are $7-$10 more than other suppliers. Charging the same price for poorer quality. The new owner is very greedy.

The manager/owner lied to me and embarrassed me in front of others. Bad attitude, very rude and unprofessional! There are many more friendly and professional wholesalers out there and I do not recommend this place at all. They lost my business for good!

A good place for buying Asian food prep for restaurant. You have to have a bussiness lisence to be a member. First time will be hard to find thing since most of the stuff are in boxes. This is pretty much the same type as restaurant depot, but have a lot more asian food items. So much cheaper than Cosco and BJ,and also no tax since you have a bussiness lisence.

First time shopping at the Chef center. This is a one stop shop especially for restaurant owners. You can find anything you need for a restaurant, frozen grocery, condiments in bulk, containers, international products divided by section: Asian, Italian and Latino products. The setup is very similar to Costco, a warehouse like! Most of the products you can either buy 1 or a case. The price tag will give you the prices for individual packaging and a case. Even though the aisle is divided by type of products. Some of the items you have to really look to find it, because they would still be in a box. I found some of the Asian condiments are cheaper than your regular grocery store. But for business owner, this is a one stop shop to check out!
