I went here on July 21st to get my birthstone piercing š on my third area. This Lady was absolutely super person that I ever had, she was very caring&funny she hundred 100% deserved a more than 100 paycheck. The Last thing I really liked how it turned out so beautiful Keep Up the good work Claireās ā¤ļøš§”ššš©µš©·šš¤ coming back very soon

I visited this Claireās location at the mall earlier today, hoping to find some accessories for my daughters birthday. When I asked this older larger employee for assistance, her response was rude and dismissive. She didnāt seem interested in helping, which was disappointing, especially since Iāve always had good experiences before. Key advice, donāt work in customer service/retail with a miserable attitude. I will not be coming back

A large african american lady was very rude, laughing with the white people but when I, (hispanic) came up to her she did not say hello and was very disrespectful.

it is so horrible, my daughter bought this items over 10$, but it is broken and I wanna return it the cashier is so rude. I could not buy something again this store anymore

The woman at the cashier today 11/01 at 3pm was very rude. I had a pickup order, I placed 2 hours ago, that wasnāt fulfilled. She told me that she sold the last of what I ordered an hour ago⦠I let her know that I placed my order before that so I didnāt understand how it was sold after. She had a nasty attitude & didnāt offer an apology or assistance to replace my item. Frustrated because I drove an hour to pick up something that I didnāt get & was met with very poor service on top of that.

My daughter is in elementary school and has always loved going to Claire's at the beginning of the school year/ end of summer to buy some accessories. Today I was very shocked that the store wasn't as kid-friendly as I always thought. Upon entering the store there was some not so kid appropriate music playing on the stores speakers. I don't even care about the cussing, but one of these songs was pretty explicit about sex. The only one I actually knew by name was redrum by 21 savage, but again this is not something I listen to around my child. And not something I think should be playing in a family friendly store. To be clear, If this was a hot topic or a Spencer's I would have been more understanding of the risks I was taking, but this is Claire's.

Iām extremely disappointed in Claires and the policy they pick and choose when to follow. My child went with to get his ears pierced accompanied by an adult family member and when it was brought to my attention I immediately called the store and spoke with āAnnaā and told her that she/ Claires did not have my consent to pierce my sonās ears. I asked Anna to please not pierce my sonās ears. She said āokayā and clarified that the paperwork or nothing wasnāt done yet. 15 minutes later I received a picture that she had in fact pierced his ears after her and I spoke. I live cities/miles away from this location and sped down the highway to request the consent form that was provided for my son. She declined to provide it to me and was quick to tell me to āget out of her storeā. Another woman was in there and said she was a mother as well and said she would be upset as well. Anna called security to have them get me out of the store when all I was requesting was my sonās consent form. I still have no knowledge of what was signed off on and what rights were given away at that moment. Anna confirmed that after she hung up the phone with me, she called her store manager Natasha, and her store manager said I had no say in MY sonās ear piercing since I was not physically there and to pierce his ears if an adult was present. Anna ALSO confirmed that Claires does not have to ask for legal guardianship -they just need to see an ID and have the consent form signed. Which means -ANY ADULT can take ANY child in there for a piercing. Oh she also said they donāt do nose piercings.

We went shopping yesterday and had the worst experience. Merchandise was scattered on the floor, causing another customer to fall. I asked her if she was okay, and she mentioned that she tripped over the items on the floor. Fortunately, she was able to get up quickly by herself. We both approached a young lady working at the register, but she was on her phone and did not bother to check on the customer or clear the items from the floor. When I asked the cashier why she didnāt help, she said she didnāt need to. I was shocked by her response and asked for her name, but she hid her name tag and told me it was none of my business. I will never go back to this store, and Iām not surprised if this company has poor reviews.

Iāve been coming to this Springfield Claireās for years and today was the worse experience I had at Claireās. Today was st. Patrickās day and they two associates working there were all dressed up in st. Patrickās day clothes and jewelry. The one associate that helped me was so rude. didnāt even bother to say hello. She just scanned the items quickly and gave me the back while she was looking down at her phone. I asked her if the promotion applied to clearance items and she was āthe clearance items just went on clearance, so I donāt knowā. She said it in a rude tone without looking at me and just continued to have her phone in her face. Makes me never want to go back to Springfield Claireās again.

If I could leave 0 stars I would my husband and I went in the store today to try and look at some earrings for my two-year-old and also a necklace for me we were in the store for about 10 minutes and no one greeted us in. The associate was at the front door when we walked in did not even acknowledge we were in the store then, when she finally went behind the counter, I asked her question about a necklace and she said she has absolutely no idea. How do you work in a store not know anything about your product and not even have customer service skills to greet anyone if youāre not happy with your job and Find something else do not be in a job that requires you to converse what a shame because we were looking to purchase some things this really needs to be adjusted

I had a great experience! Iām glad I went today. I had my 2nd lobes pierced and it was quick and painless. Note: I did take 2 Tylenols prior just because so that may have helped as well.
