“Prompt, great service, fully recommend! My car started making braking sounds on a Friday and it got worse over the weekend. It was hard to find someone who would look at it. Monday morning, I called around and finally spoke to Bao who graciously told me to bring it in. Receptionist was prompt, took my information and Bao came over to ask about the car. He drove the car around and came inside to talk to me. Told me right away what he thought the problem is, but he needed to look under the car to make sure. Luckily they had the parts, I had my car back in under 2 hours, fixed. Thankful for the prompt service. I'll be coming here from now on.”

“The gas price was good so I filled up. But the point of this review is to share my great experience. I left my purse in the restroom and drove away. When I realized my mistake I called and was told that a good samaritan found it and brought it to the cashier. I turned around and drove back to retrieve it. There are good, honest people out there and this is one example. I am truly grateful.”

I received the absolute BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER yesterday, Thursday March 31st, 2016 in Springfield, VA at the Capital One Bank Branch on Commerce Street. AMAZING Customer service is pretty much obsolete anymore; so you can imagine my astonishment after being approached and being helped on such a personable level that blew me away!! It gives me great pleasure to acknowledge the person that made my day yesterday.....it was Relationship Banker BAIRON AGUILA!!! He is not only awesome but a breath of fresh air to know that there are a few professionals left out there in the banking industry that honestly go out of their way to help someone. He went above and beyond the extra mile and I feel honored and blessed to have met him!! Let it be known that I was NOT a Capital One Bank customer prior to my arrival at his branch. I attempted to open an online savings account and I was having issues getting into the system. I went into the branch on Commerce Street in Springfield, VA and as soon as I walked in, within 3 seconds, I was approached by Mr. Aguila. I explained my situation and he offered to call the Capital One Customer service department and see what he could do to get my problem corrected. To make a long story short, Capital One 360 is different than the Capital One branches here in Northern Virginia. So, instead of opening my account with the online bank, I opened it with Mr. Aguila. He won my business with his professional, personable, going the extra mile approach and I am more than impressed with his services and skills. Not to mention the fact that he made the account opening process so very simple and minimal that I was out the door within 10 minutes if not under! If you are thinking about switching banks or maybe opening a new checking or savings account but don't know where to go, I CHALLENGE you to go see Mr. Bairon Aguila :) You will be more than happy with his services and he will definitely take care of you!! Not only does he deserve a pat on the back, a handshake, a raise and a big fat bonus for his "AWESOMENESS", he gets the 2016 BEST RELATIONSHIP BANKER EVER AWARD in my book!!! “This Giant is pretty nice. The entrance is inside an indoor plaza. Parking was easy and plentiful. EVERYTHING was very well stocked which is worth the four stars alone in these times. The store seemed clean and staff was friendly and helpful. I happened to be nearby which is why I stopped in, and if I find myself around this way again I'd stop here to do some quick shopping.”

“The Wells Fargo Bank branch at Old Keene Mill Road and Rolling Road in West Springfield is a good one. The drive-through moves quickly and the tellers are friendly. As a Wells Fargo customer I've used the inside notary and Medallion Seal services. The branch stocks Euros and UK Pounds in foreign currency for exchange services. Other currencies are available for a fee and must be ordered in advance. Downsides: The ATM sometimes runs out of money after a long weekend. The corner location makes the bank difficult to reach and then exit and return from the same direction.”

“Great experience at customer oriented branch. Stephen was gracious and accommodating to my request for a new debit card 4 minutes before close. He convinced me that it really wasn't a problem though I know how I would have felt in the reverse situation. His professional demeanor validated my decision to make this branch my primary banking facility.”
