CONNOR'S IS BACK IN BUSINESS! I used Connor's for years before they were bought by a mega-pest control operation. The only thing that the mega organization did was buy more companies. I was getting invoices from four different company names at one poi. ENOUGH! I was driving the other day and saw a truck with the Connors name and that really got my hopes up! I called the number on the truck 888-BUGNYOU and spoke with Cassie. She gave me the best news I've had in a long time. Yes, my longtime-neighborhood pest control company was back in business as an independent, family owned operation, staffed by many folks who worked at Connor's over the years. We set up an inspection and estimate for the very next day. Josh (who worked for the original Connor's) called the night before to confirm the appointment and then 30 minutes in advance and arrived as scheduled. He did a through inspection of the interior and exterior of my home and asked relevant questions to obtain a history and current status of our termite and pest control needs. He carefully explained all aspects of the services Connor's Pest Pros offers and the pricing and payment options for services our home requires. Josh also offered a hefty discount on my annual service. Service will start as soon as Miss-Utility marks the location of underground utilities so the termite bait stations can be safely placed on the property.I am proud to support and highly recommend this locally owned, family operated business. I look forward to doing business with our neighborhood pest control pros at Connors once again!

I rarely write reviews, but from the moment I reached out to Cassie at Connors Pest Pros, it has been a terrific experience for my home and my family. I was recommended by my family to use this service. I was immediately scheduled for a priority inspection and the problem was assessed by the professional leader who then ordered the right equipment and then followed up with two internal technical pros who did an amazingly thorough job inside my home inspecting everything inside my home and external outside of my home. The right areas were plugged up, a productive discussion occurred and I feel very secure and safe with this amazing company. Their follow-up has been awesome. I cannot recommend this company highly enough for anyone in immediate need or for prevention measures! These folks are simply the best!

As a former "old Connors" customer, I became an Ehrlich customer by default due to the merger, and experienced a major service decline after Ehrlich bought them. When I actually needed help, I got the runaround (5 calls, still no inspection resulted). Josh stopped by for a free inspection for several issues. He ended up spending several hours inspecting the house and advising us. No charge. One call and one immediate visit from "new Connors" was enough to remind me why I chose the original in the first place. I signed back up on the spot. Happy to be back with the real deal. They are responsive, know what they are doing, and have my back. I have peace of mind again.

Connors Pest Pros is the best of the best! Professional, reliable and reasonably priced. We've tried a few other companies in the area, but Connors is heads and shoulders above the competition. They have a multi-pronged strategic approach to everything they tackle (ants, mice, mosquitoes) and they will often come out same day if you call them (for no extra charge). Their management team is also so responsive. I've reached out late at night with emails expecting a response the next day, only to get an immediate reply. Highly recommend!
