Love this store! I’ve worked in customer service my whole life and The employees and manager are extremely helpful. Very polite. Very motivated and no matter how busy they are they still keep their level of professionalism. Every time I have a question about a product. they go above and beyond to answer. If they don’t know they’ll bring out their tablet to find me the answer to whatever question Ive had. Making sure they gave me the best answer possible. It’s this type of customer service that leaves a lasting impression. Which is why I come here. It’s not close to my house but the way I’m always treated here is priceless and worth the trip. That’s why this is my Go to cosmo prof store.

I’m really frustrated with how inconsistent the store hours have been lately. I truly enjoy the majority of the staff, like —Antonia, the manager, is always kind and helpful.
However, the store often closes at random times, which makes it hard to depend on. Today is Wednesday, June 25th, 2025, and I stopped by at 3:30 PM. The store was closed, even though their posted hours online show that they should be open. I even saw someone inside, but they didn’t acknowledge me or come to the door.
This kind of inconsistency is disappointing, especially when you make the trip expecting the store to be open.

I usually love this Cosmo Prof location—the staff is typically amazing. However, I had a disappointing experience today. I understand we were checking out about 10 minutes before closing, but we encountered an extremely rude employee named Kees.
While all of the other employees have always been kind and helpful, Kees was huffing, puffing, and arguing with my mom and me about our transaction. Her coworker—who was very sweet and helpful—understood exactly what I was explaining, yet Kees did not, and instead became frustrated and argumentative.
It’s frustrating that her coworker, who wasn’t even the one checking us out, understood the situation clearly, while Kees did not and chose to be rude instead.

This place needs to update their hours if they’re going to randomly have a sign on the door saying they’re closed on Sundays if their website says they’re open 12-4. Doesn’t even disclose a date of when it’ll be back to normal. Waste of a drive.

Got to admit..i walked in in a rush..lived in the area for over 9yrs and never knew they were there...and let me say...I should've kept it that way. I was looking for bleach. I did say BW bleaching powder. She stated they don't carry that brand. I'm sorry it's not a brand, but it's ok, where is your bleaching or coloring section? No sections, everything is arranged by brand and everywhere throughout the store. They dont carry any Clairol products at all. She didn't to be very helpful or knowledgeable. Not her fault but how does a cosmetology professional not have more brands available.

Whoever is in charge of the hours they not good. because the place doesn’t open on time. I have to sit outside and wait for 15 to 20 minutes to be open when it’s supposed to be open 8 o’clock.

I called the store multiple times and no one answered. When I arrived then closed before they were scheduled to. Staff member refused to open the door even though they were supposed to be open. Ridiculous

Got here 10.30 am Saturday 13th April. The hours on the door and online show this place as open. Nobody is inside. Nobody answers the phone, and there is no sign that is temporary or forever closed.

I've had experiences at this cosmoprof. The hours and location are great for me. I enjoy the customer service as well. There is one lady inside that always goes above and beyond her name is Tabitha. Anytime she and this tall guy is working I always get good service.

There should be a sign that clearly states only barbers and stylists. At 8:00am you just want to get a product, pay and leave.
