The Costco bakery is a hidden gem! Everything from their cakes to cookies is fresh, tasty, and generously portioned. You really get great value for the price, whether you're picking up a quick treat or ordering for a special event. Sure, it's worth a stop every time you're at Costco!

The car accident can occur at anytime here. The parking is too dangerous. Now the gas station will cause congestion and will be accident for sure. I drive to Woodbridge because I am fearful of the parking here.

I live around the area so I come here often for groceries. Spacious, clean, great selection of offerings for all types of products. Bathroom is clean. The self-check out area helps speed up the check out process a lot. Checked out their tire shop today to repair my tire and great customer experience with the staff who helped me. Be prepared to wait for a while for your service since lots of people come here to get service, but the folks are really quick in checking out and perform the service. The sign on the door said no appointment necessary but I would still make an appointment to be safe. I placed an appointment at 5:45p but brought my car in early at 5:20p, saw a staff right away and he told me they can look at my car right away. I went to get my groceries done and came back out at 6:15p and the person who checked out my car came to inform me that I need to replace my tire but it can be done in 20 minutes since my tire is in stock. I was lucky that my tire type was in stock, but was very happy to hear that the replacement can be done right here at the same appointment and will not take long.

Not my normal Costco but was close to where I was at the time, so I ducked into the Springfield location to get NYE dinner. Specifically, I was looking for Alaskan King Crab Legs and lobster tails - you know, the ones they typically sell at a booth right before every major holiday? Couldn't find them and so asked Steve, the MOD. He pointed me to the right direction. I meandered over that way, putting this and that into the cart as I went. It IS Costco, right? I mean that's what you do, right? Look, I don't make the rules. Saw Steve again, or, rather, he saw me as I was meandering. Despite how busy he must've been a couple of days before the holiday with a packed store, he came back up to me to make sure I found what I was looking for. Not only that, he walked me over to show me the different locations the product could be found, in different quantities. That's pretty amazing today. But the 5-stars is for overhearing a conversation I shouldn't have heard. While meandering, I saw Steve talking with an employee. I then heard Steve comforting the employee for what was obviously a family situation. He offered the employee all sorts of support. Yeah, see, I love me a good deal. I love me a good person even more. Way to go, Steve. Thank you for bringing a smile to my face. Good prices on good products delivered in a clean, safe environment is great. When all of that is delivered by "hands on" management who actually give a damn about their employees, it's even better. Thank you.

I enjoy going to Costco. They tend to have a good selection. Like a lot of people I like to stop by their eating area to have an affordable meal. The Pizza and their Chicken Bake are worth what I pay for them. One of the things I've noticed going here is that they only carry the store brand bath tissue. Other Costco's carry the Scott brand. This place is always packed, at least pre-COVID-19.

Costco Tire Center, Springfield, Virginia - DON'T BITE OFF MORE THAN YOU CAN CHEW - I waited five (yep, 5) hours to have 4 tires installed then found out because I was a walk-in customer, after I was told it would take about 1.5 hours. Springfield, Virginia Tire Center location is extremely overworked and completely disorganized. Here are a few suggestions for the store supervisor/manager: Prioritize your workforce into Team. For example: Team 1: supporting customers with appointment only Team 2: supporting walk-in customers only Team 3: supporting customers with minor issues such as tire air pressure, tightened up nuts and bolts, etc..

Rude cashier wasn't happy that some of the items I was purchasing were in a small box. I actually did that to make it easier for the cashier since I was shopping during busy hours. The cashier lady got upset because I couldn't hear her asking me to remove all of the items out of the box and place them on the conveyor belt and started throwing them out of the box onto the conveyor belt. I have been shopping at this location for a long time and didn't appreciate the lady's attitude. She seemed to be in a bad mood or whatever and decided to take on me, I obviously confronted her but she didn't care and didn't apologize for her sassy attitude. It is hard to hear people mumbling when they have a mask on so I blamed her for not speaking clearly and louder. Costco needs to check their employees attitude, I spent around $400 during this shopping trip and I certainly don't appreciate my stuff being tossed and treated like trash.

So this is for the optical department ONLY! I had heard that they have a great optical department so I decided to give them a whirl since I need new glasses. They are not around the corner from my house so this was going out of my way to go check them out.Upon walking up to the counter, I was greeted by the manager who in turn asked on of his employees to assist me. I was then approached a warm and friendly young lady, who took my temperature and walked me through the COVID expectations for trying on glasses; they go in a special bin to be sanitized instead of back on the shelf. That's where any and all assistance ended. There was another customer there with her husband and they had an employee walking them around, engaging them in trying on glasses while trying to ascertain her tastes & style. The employee was very attentive to her customer but at the same time there were three other employees behind the counter & not one of them offered me any assistance. I was very disappointed because I had heard so much about their selection and pricing so I was hopeful to find an awesome pair of glasses. I have specific needs and it would have been super helpful if I had been shown were to find those frames or even approached to see if I had any questions. Needless to say, I left frustrated at the very stark difference in customer service that was given to one person but not to others. I will gladly find my frames elsewhere, thank you for asking!

The customer service of this store has gone down massively even before the COVID crisis started. The return line is always long and the service doesn't seem prompt. The cashiers always make a deal when I use Costco cash card. If it's such an issue then Costco should just discontinue using the card. Certain cashiers and shift supervisors could really use some good customer service skills.

Costco is generally a wonderful place to shop; however, I've had some less than pleasant encounters with the staff here. Some of them are rude, degrading and make me feel unwelcome in the store. Other than the sometimes unfriendly staff, this store is wonderful! I primarily shop here for the food and clothing, though Costco offers much more than that and all at a wonderful price. Furthermore, the photo center is incredible. I have printed many last minute Christmas cards here and they are always available for pickup in 24 hours!

My fiancé was working for Instacart and overheard these three ladies trying to buy groceries for their FATHER THAT WAS HOSPITALIZED AND CANT COME. It's honestly f****** b******* and incredible considering everything that's going on. Then they had the AUDACITY to tell them they could sign up for a card. What a pos!!!

Had my first terrible tire install experience at the Springfield store, they got it all wrong after telling them multiple times what the correct tire pressure should be and other issues, pressure was 9 pounds under required amount. Telling them 3 times didn't work. Beware, they don't listen or communicate at that location. Getting to be just another Merchants tire.

They were very good with getting folks in quickly and efficiently while practicing social distancing. I think they should keep it this way and only let 2 people for each membership in at a time.
