I had a great experience thanks to Josiah, one of the managers at Costco. He went above and beyond to help me retrieve a receipt I needed. He was patient, professional, and truly preserved through the challenge until he got it resolved. It’s rare to come across such dedication and great customer service. Thank you Josiah!

I am a 25 year member who has gone to costcos in at least 6 states and This is hands Costco is easily, hands down, the worst Costco that i have ever been too. The incidente are too long to include. Here are three. 1. Long lines that expand the length of the store, with registers unmanned and people who could be operating them hanging out. at least $400 of groceries left in cart and left. 3. after paying for 30 storage tubs, Costco required that I sign notification preventing me from returning any of them. Notably, I refused, got my money back and bought comparable from Home Depot for only a few cents increase without offensive restriction and none were returned. 3. Appt for tire replacement. When I arrived, I was told to stand in line to “check in.” 20 minutes later and after my scheduled appt, I was told that they would try to get me but because I was Late,…. I cut off the sales person, asking for an explanation of the value of having an appt when you are placed in a long line to “check in”, which causes delay. He checked me in, but I am still waiting to see how long it takes to replace one tire. People are nice but management is costing Costco money and customers.

I was always told Costco products are bad quality. I did not believe till I bought two Samsung TV. I do not recommend buying any electronics from Costco

Bought a tv console that was a manager discounted item and (Chris?) whoever the general manager was, was accommodating and helped wrap the furniture item since it was open box so it didnt get damaged in transport. Good experience.

The staff of this location are very rude ! I ask an employee about running out of paper printer of the food self service checkout and he completely ignore me, seems like he was on break buying his food but, at least he should of say something to be polite, tall asian guy very rude! act like he owns the place . I had to trash what I bought I felt very uncomfortable ! Being a loyal customer for years should not be treated that way!

Usual Costco store with checkout chaos. I find myself going to Sam's Club more and more, as Costco has a tendency to get rid of products I like. Also, SC has much better reception food/appetizers.

Too crowded. Parking lot is always a mess. Never enough staff to avoid long lines at registers. And food court patrons insist on standing at the counter before their order is ready so others can't get to the counter. I'm not sure if I hate Costco or the people who go to Costco more.
