The rooms were nice the stay was great. Its close to the Springfield mall. The restaurant looked nice but we didn't get a chance to eat there. The pool was nice. I had a billing issue but it was resolved through emails and phone calls and the issue was fixed promptly l. I wouldn't definitely stay here again with my family for New Year!!

The fact that they charge an extra $15 a night is insane. I would’ve chosen a different hotel if I knew I was going to be ripped off.The taller nighttime manager with the glasses was super rude to me when I asked a question about the snack marketplace. DONT STAY HERE ITS A SCAM WITH HIDDEN

The price was very good. The rooms and lobby are first rate. They have a bar and have a small menu. There is not a buffet or free breakfast. It is only 20 minutes to DC.

Awful. I paid for King with pull out for granddaughter and the drug heroin nodding manager denied my stay and forced me in my room. She had no right to sell my room!! When I reported her to Corporate they did nothing. I have been a Marriott Bonvoy member for 4 years!! I have 5,000 bonus points and had to pay 13.00 for a greasy breakfast sandwich. I am Silver elite member with a Gold status denied because I am Black. They charge for parking and incidentals. Being a Marriott Bonvoy member gets nothing. Not even a free bottle of water. This hotel is a Fraud the Staff are worthless. Do not stay here.

I was at this property several times, facilitating training for my company, and the entire staff is always helpful and friendly.LIAM is super friendly and always helpful, and so is the sales manager! She even surprised me with a box of fancy chocolates for Christmas and thanked me for our business! I will definitely continue to make this property our first choice for all meetings in the Virginia area!Sixt Rental Car ?

I believe this is the perfect place to stop when driving up north or coming down south. It is just south of the DC bypass on 95. There's plenty of things to do in the area or sit in the lounge and relax. The bistro was the perfect place for me to relax after a long rainy drive. The front desk lady was warm and cheerful, which is what I needed after a traffic filled drive.Food & drinks: They have a nice little bistro with a few tap beers and cocktails. The bartender is a lovely lady who has a welcoming demeanor. She made a special drink for my wife "The Peppermint Mercedes" it was excellent.

Nice location. There are lots of eateries around it. They provide a self check in and check out kiosk. It’s by the reception. You probably need it as I found a lot of time there was nobody at the counter at all. The TV in the room displayed Hi Vicki - Gold Elite. But this location didn’t give us a welcome gift or water and definitely no automatic upgrade. I always got these in other Marriott. I got better treatment at the town place by Marriott next door. The bed is good. The bathroom is dated. Shower pressure is so so. The 39-North shampoo, conditioner and bath gel are good too. Towels are soft. There’s a fridge and an old coffee machine but no microwave oven.We used the gym - equipments are adequate. Earphones are supplied for watching TV. pool and hot tub are nice. You have to use the washroom down the hallway to change.Lobby is big with few big TV’s. There’s a bar where you can also order finger food. The bar tender is friendly.4 stars

Don't waste your time here. Called trying to book an event here for 20-30 people and the woman informed me that they only have a king bed available.. Like what? Idk what kind of event needs a bed or how 20-30 people will fit in one room, but that is not what I asked. Plus she was very hard to hear as if she had the phone receiver far away from her mouth, then she kept cutting me off asking to place me on hold, just to place the phone down to which I could hear every word of her conversation. Who ever she was talking to kept saying " who's on the phone?" " Oh just tell them to call back later..don't worry about it" Rude! The woman gets back on the phone to tell me, oh, you need to call back at 8am to talk to the conference people, they only work at 8am. Must be a short day, if they only work 1 min at 8am only. I could understand this if I was calling at 7pm or something, but it is 2 in the afternoon, where is everyone.

Rooms were decent but could be a little better, like in room microwaves and leaving an additional blanket and pillow in the closet would have been great especially since we had a sofa bed in our room. The tile and paint could use an upgrade in the bathroom but the lobby and the firepit outside are nice. The TV did have a lot of apps and a decent selection of channels. The 12 o' clock check-out is a bonus too.

I stayed here 3 nights. Mercedes checked me in with a smile and worked out some no-fault kinks in my reservation. Upon check out, I received great help from Avani. I had a king bed room with a lovely curved sofa and ottoman and a courtyard view. It was clean, spacious, and quiet - altogether pleasant. And the hotel is close to any shop you might need or want. I do agree with other reviewers that the $15/night parking fee is unique for a hotel that owns the lot. I've never encountered that before.

The stay was great with great service from the staff > "Avani and Stephan" at the front desk were amazing! The Bartendar "Will's" friendly demenor made the evening drinks enjoyable. The food from the breakfast burrito to the dinner burger was surprisingly top-notch! Recommend this place for any stay you may have in the D.C. Metro - Will return, due to great staff and customer service!

The property is well maintained that’s the positive. However, they charge for parking even though they own the land . The tvs do not work and I was told they be will out of service for my entire stay . I book about 50 to 75 hotels a year . I have never stayed at a hotel where the television does not work. And they have no answer. The bill wasn’t payedWhen I called to discuss how this unfortunate problem is going to be resolved. I was told we will comp ur parking fee .Are you serious ? parking fee that’s how you will resolve the issue that cost you nothing . If I wasn’t exhausted I would go some place elseWould never stay here again . Charging for parking this isn’t New York . Lower the price and charge you for parking . The old shell game .I would be cautious about this place , not trust worthy at all

Perfectly fine hotel. Stayed here for less than 8 hours, checked in at 11 PM and checked out at 6 AM. Room was clean and adequate, showers worked well as-expected and required. Bar area was absolutely hopping when I checked in at almost 11 PM which kind of amazed me. Well-priced. Will gladly stay here again. One odd thing, I was asked to pay $10 for parking in the Marriott app when I checked in, but there was no way to confirm I had paid or not paid, just felt like a cash grab to be honest.

Very nice accommodations for the price.Rooms are very clean and roomy. But this is a no frills hotel. Do not expect complimentary extras…… no problem.
