Excellent customer service! I came to this location to get a new phone after my old one got stolen, Carlos G was very helpful and patient he helped me with all the questions I had about getting a new phone and transferring everything to it. He also helped me set up my ICloud and I was able to recover everything I was very grateful for his help.

Came here after my husband's phone broke and Paulina was so helpful. She is friendly, thorough and knowledgeable.I appreciate the value Cricket provides. I don't understand paying 4x the price for the same service.Paulina took great care of us and made the process of replacing his phone very pleasant.
