My items put in storage at cube smart were undisturbed . Arif, the manager was courteous , informative, efficient and kind. I would recommend cube smart. Their pricing was good too. I went to the location on Steele mill in Springfield VA

Arif went above and beyond to get us set up with a storage unit. The facility itself is old and nothing to write home about, but Arif’s excellent customer service more than made up for it.

Arif and Daniel both took good care of me from moment I submitted online request. Just finished moving first of several trips. Cube was reserved and clean as they said and they oriented me to the space before confirming. They dont take AMEX and there is a security fee on top of monthly rent, so just be aware. But great customer service.

Arif was a huge help in securing me storage.
Only complaint I have is that the online reservations stated there are stacked storage 2 levels, with the second level requiring a use of a ladder. I had reserved the first level that did not have a warning about using a ladder but Arif later told me that I would need to change to a different unit that did not need a ladder and cost more. I did not see any 3 level storage there. Please fix your marketing and reservations online to reflect this and I will happily change my rating to a 5/5.

Just got done renting a storage locker from here. Arif was extremely helpful and patient in finding the best deal for me. He took the time to show me around and made sure to give me information about the building and best practices that look out for other customers who rent there, such as ensuring to lock the door and close the garage door. Clearly a professional who cares about his work and customers. Highly recommend Arif and the CubeSmart at this location!
