Horrible pharmacy and pharmacists, they don't help at all. My doctor sent me a prescription for a pain medication, and they told me that they didn't receive anything from the doctor. I was dying of pain and I needed these pills, but they didn't give a shit. I showed them on my phone in their system that here is the prescription, open your eyes, here is your address, and here is the prescription on the website. They didn't care. I'm an idiot, I chose their pharmacy because it works until 9 p.m., while others work until 7 p.m. This is my last visit to this horrible company CVS, I will change the pharmacy. I wish the pharmacist and the manager the same pain that I experienced.

(Jan. 5, 2025) The line took forever! My mom went in there to get her medicine, only for the staff to tell her that it’s not ready yet. If it wasn’t ready, why shoot her a text message saying it was in the first place? Not two minutes after leaving the store, CVS shoot her another message, saying it was ready. However, by then, the line was even longer. My mom was forced to wait an extra hour just to get one bottle. Thank you, CVS; thank you for nothing. I don’t know what’s your problem, but get more staff, proof read your notes, do something, ANYTHING to improve.
(Feb. 8, 2025) My prescription said I'm supposed to take these pills 3x a day and there's a total QTY of 30 pieces. Instead, there's only 29. TWENTY-NINE! I only realized that five days later when I was refilling my weekly medicine case and saw that one of those days does not have enough. These are just cough pills to help open my lungs. What if I had a more serious condition? Pharmacies are required to give the exact number of pills the doctor or-dered. Can't these people do ANYTHING right?

The pharmacy at this location is the WORSE! The staff is not friendly and they are not helpful at all. My daughter needed antibiotics for a double ear infection. When I got there I was told my prescription was not there. They made me wait for 1 hour with a sick child. I finally gave up after calling Urgent Care several times myself and having them send it to the pharmacy 3 times. I had them change the location to the Little River location. When I got to the other location they asked me why the Springfield location didn’t fill the prescription? UGH The staff was super friendly and helpful. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The location is cleaner and more organized, that’s always a plus.

The CVS Pharmacy services located on Burke Lake Road in Springfield, Virginia are absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. The pharmacy didn't provide my prescription refill when I have records on my medication bottle that I had additional refills on the medication.
Additionally, my mother was in EXCRUCIATING PAIN because the pharmacy took 30 minutes to get her prescription when there were only 2 cars in front of her after she had a tooth extraction and needed her pain medication.
The business at the CVS Pharmacy on Burke Lake Road in Springfield Virginia should be shut down because when customers can't get their prescriptions on time, it can cause excruciating pain in their symptoms, hospitalizations, and even death from not having access to their prescriptions on time.

I disagree with the negative reviews for this location. I personally drive an extra 30 minutes just to use this specific CVS location because it has the kindest customer service, and I actually get to speak to a human being. I'm used to feeling frustrated at other CVS locations and being put on hold, but this location is actually kind and helpful. Thanks for always helping! A cozy and kind location. My favorite CVS.

I came to pick up my prescription..they gave me only one month supply but written down 3 months supply I called them the pharmacist wasn’t nice to me and hang up on me ☹️

CVS is serving good. Nothing much to improve. People in CVS near me are always kind and store is very clean.

The drive-through is horrible. It always takes 45 minutes. The employees that work at the window need to tell customers with lengthy requests to park and go inside. It's absolutely ridiculous.

I disagree with all of the negative reviews. I find the staff at this pharmacy extremely helpful, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure my daughter has the medications she needs to perform her activities of daily living. Availability and insurance issues are not their fault, and they always make sure I can pay by GoodRx if insurance does not cover one of my daughter's meds. I think they're great!
