Always friendly. Cashier was very patient with the customer in front of me and apologized for taking so long with her. I told her it was fine. She was very sweet.

The associates were sooo rude. Their customer service was absolutely horrible. One associate specifically was being so rude to all the customers saying you can’t do this or don’t do that. She literally even called out a little kid just because he was playing with some of the toys in the store and was making some noise. He’s literally just a kid.

I had a terrible experience at this dollar store. The night shift cashier, an older white man, closed the store at 9:30 PM instead of the advertised 10:00 PM. I saw him ringing up people he knew while turning others away. I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone.

Store was in better shape than most I’ve seen in the area and also had selection of items. Ballon strings were in my
Face while I was in line which was odd. The issue I have is the female staff at check out who seemed to be on a power trip and made an uncalled for remark about how people were positioned in line. Unnecessary behavior in my opinion.

I feel it’s important to share my recent experience at Dollar Tree, Brookfield plaza, Springfield. Unfortunately, the service provided by one of the staff members was below par. The lady I encountered was quite rude and did not treat customers well. It’s worth considering this aspect before choosing to patronize this establishment.

Worst Dollar Tree on the face of the earth. Old and dirty. Lots of empty shelves. Self checkout except for one woman cashier who was loud, rude and obnoxious. I get that no one expects first class experience at Dollar Tree but most are at least serviceable. This particular one is atrocious.

I came to the store at 9:52 pm I need 4 balloons from tomorrow and they were ready closed but on the page it say 10:00pm why is the time wrong. I drove 10 minutes to get here they are bad customer service

Visited the store shortly after opening and very pleased with wide selection, organized products, and clean store. If I had to leave review strictly on the store products and appearance it would be 5/5, however I needed a cashier to assist with exchange. This was such a horrid experience. Very rude gentleman, snarky and no patience. I had a receipt which he was unable to locate the date or any other details so I offered to help. Then he told me they might can’t take it back because I got them from another Dollar Tree, which is unheard of when the products are within season, unopened, and purchased just a few days ago! He eventually accepted my return, but totally an unnecessary headache and terrible customer service. Yikessss….enter at your own risk and prepare for the rudeness. Probably do best to visit another location honestly.
