Best car was in the area!! I want to give a shoutout to Juan Cardenas for his excellent customer service. Every time I come for a car wash, he greets me with a great attitude and makes the whole visit smooth and pleasant. Employees like him make a big difference highly appreciate his hard work!

This is my favorite car wash! They always do a great job cleaning both inside and outside my car. Juan Cardenas is always incredibly helpful. 10/10 recommend. It definitely gets busy but the line moves pretty quickly.

They sold me one free month wash as a promotion but now this location says “we don’t do promotions”, you have to pay. I even have a sticker on the window for this promotion, but the lady supervisor doesn’t care and says we don’t know nothing about promotions, you must pay.

I used the $10 delux coupon to try them. They just did the basic carwash. I thought the delux carwash included vacuum & tire shine. Nope they just did basic carwash. Disappointed

Flagship Carwash always gets my car nice and clean. Juan Cardenas is always there to greet and provides a professional and friendly welcome. At my first visit, he explained all the packages and made sure I signed up for the one that best fit what I needed. A clean car and excellent service make Flagship one of the best car washes in the area.

I was happy to go to Flagship today and use my $10 coupon for a deluxe wash. I was pretty disappointed when I got home to realize there were obvious places on the hood that didn't look like a brush or a rag had touched it, along with other places on the body of the car. I don't know if the brushes need to be adjusted or replaced but when it was Embassy I didn't see these issues.

My first time at Flagship Car Wash was great. Mario explained to me about a service that I had ignored, which was to clean my trunk. Well, the trunk wasn't cleaned, and Mario went above and beyond to clean the truck and touch up the whole interior of my car. I will definitely come back for the service Mario has done for me. Seeeeeeeeeeeeee you soon, MARIO.
