Staff are very friendly but there needs to be more than 2 staffs to assist customers. I called a day before to confirm if a rental car will be available by noon the next day and the lady on the phone confirmed it will be ready. So I decided to use my lunch break (30 min) during work day to go pick up the car. I arrived there at 12:15pm with 2 staffs working and 2-3 customers in line waiting before me to get helped. I didn't leave with a rental car until 2:40pm. How ridiculous is that? End up being late back to work. A week later, I returned the car. Again, there's only 2 staffs working with 2-3 customers there; I was the 4th person in line. Just returning a car takes 30 min. It is definitely A LOT better than the time I picked up the car but still needs improvement.
Overall, this was my first time being at this location and will be my last.

I had a very disappointing experience with Assistant Manager Asif Jamshaid at this location. My reservation was arranged through my insurance provider, USAA, and I expected a smooth and professional process. Unfortunately, Mr. Jamshaid’s customer service was far from acceptable.
He was dismissive, unhelpful, and seemed uninterested in resolving issues or providing clear information. His communication style came across as curt and indifferent, making an already stressful situation even more frustrating. As someone representing Enterprise, especially in a management position, I expected far better professionalism and courtesy.

The team was amazing! Brittany and Magaly were incredibly helpful and friendly—top-notch service all around. And let’s just say… the Area Manager definitely made the visit extra memorable. 😄

I've been renting from the Loisdale Enterprise going on 3 years now. Nate was a total professional. His attitude was so relaxed and he can handle anything so easily. I'm about to rent another vehicle from there next month. I recommend everyone to try them out. You might turn into a lifelong customer.

Never renting from Enterprise again. I was overcharged, and when I reached out twice to inquire, I was treated poorly by an employee (Britney, if I recall). She made it clear that since I was calling over the phone, I was less of a priority, and she promised to call back to discuss the issue. As expected, no one ever bothered to follow up. Very disappointing service.
And overall communication skill from all employees here is very poor

Service, courtesy, accommodation are very efficient and top notch. Love the staff here. The management has consistently understaffed Sundays in particular, a usually busy morning, leading to long check-in wait times.

My experience here was excellent!! My representative was Sean and not only was he super friendly and welcoming from the time I walked into the door, but he was also very informative as well. I originally reserved a Toyota however, I got a nicer car than I expected. This made my experience evan better. I can truly say I’m extremely satisfied.

Vehicle had breat gas mileage. That's about where it ended. Safety features were tuned way too sensitive. I had to figure out how to lower the sensitivity due to traffic. Also, the front passenger side tire had some sort of slow leak. I had to put air in it 3 times in a 4 day period. When I realized it was a problem I was out of town and was stuck either taking over an hour from my vacation to swap the car or deal with it.

Took over an hour to get a rental car that was reserved. Employees said they needed to get the car from another lot. No car was ever brought back. After an hour, they attempted to give a dirty car from the parking lot. Then proceeded to take the car for a cleaning resulting in 20+ more minutes. Poor preparation and planning to serve customers needs.
