Upon returning my vehicle, I inadvertently left my garage door opener behind. Following a lengthy wait (Aprx 30 min), I returned to retrieve it. While waiting in line, Asif informed me that I would need to wait an additional 15-20 minutes as he attended to the lost and found section and assisted another customer. After 20 minutes, he did not call me. So, I asked assistance from another representative who promptly helped me. Unfortunately, my interaction with Asif was marked by a lack of customer service and poor overall service, which fell short of my expectations from Enterprise Car.

Had my Lexus in the shop, and Asif at Enterprise really came through. He took the time to understand what I needed and put me in the perfect car — something truly comparable, not just whatever was available. Super professional, efficient, and easy to work with. Phenomenal service all around. Highly recommend stopping by and asking for Asif by name — you’ll be glad you did.

I reserved a car and when I showed up no one was there. When I arrived there were 3 other people waiting for their reservation as well. If you guys are closed on sundays please put it up on your website/google instead of allowing us to reserve.

how u gonna let me reserve a minivan for sunday and then
i show up and nobodys there, closed
i had to go to the loisdale location just for them to say that there was a recall on minivans
so my thing is like
why would you let me reserve a minivan for sunday at a location that is closed on sunday
it's just highly unprofessional and inconvenient, ended up with a 7 seat suv an hour after the originally planned time

Zach at the front desk is great! He helped me as a non-reserved car person who just showed up. We cracked a few jokes and he got me on my way in less than 15 minutes!

ENTERPRISE YOU GOT TO DO BETTER!!!!!!. Your customers shouldn't be responsible for your insufficient of vehicle shortness. I got a rental car through my insurance untill my vehicle was repaired from the same location where my vehicle was in for repair. When i went to get the rental, the agent asked me how long it was going to take for repair. I informed her they told me minimum 2 weeks. She then gave me the ONLY 2 option of vehicle. One being small car and the other being suv. I request if she have other options since i have kids and car seats won't fit in the smaller car she had and the suv was to high for me to get in and out off. However, i was told they have no vehicle avaliable. After being there for 3 hours i was exhausted and very disappointed with my options of accommodation i settled with the suv. I was never informed about the price or the insurance coverage situation. All i new was my insurance was covering my rental and i got a rental from Enterprise. My vehicle compilation date was being extended. I get a call from Enterprise telling me that i need to return the vehicle although my vehicle wasn't completed. I was told my insurance had reached the maximum they cover. I called my insurance, i was told the same thing however, Enterprise was charging me the highest price since the car was an expensive car. I called Enterprise to let them know how i never requested nor wanted that vehicle but because they didn't have any vehicle i had no other option. Also, the agen never communicated that part with me and now I'm left to pay for the rental out of pocket. I am very disappointed and levied at Enterprise. We shouldn't have to pay because you don't have vehicle to provide nor for your employees not communicating enough so we as customers know what we dealing with. This will be the last time i will be dealing with Enterprise.

Worked with Ka'Von for both the pick up and return. Great customer service! Would definitely use Enterprise, and this particular location, again.
