The representative tried to give me a car that had front end damage. I would not accept it. She then provided me with a car that had not been damaged. I was very surprised that she actually tried that with a customer.

I had a really bad experience renting a car with another agency the week before. Enterprise was a breath of fresh air. The price was lower. The car was reliable, and the staff was friendly, efficient and courteous. I will definitely be back.

The vehicle was cleaned and served its purpose for my trip. Staff was amazing and asked if I would like a Jeep upgrade. Rentals with Enterprise are the way to go on long trips.

The overall experience with the vehicle was disappointing. The inside smelled badly of marijuana. The service vehicle has not been completed and was way over due. The breaks were bad. However the staff at this location was very professional. And I appreciate the understanding. Mike and Colin at the Fullerton location in Springfield, VA.

Amazing customer service at the Springfield Fullerton Road location. The rental car performed as expected; however, the interior console and seats were not as clean as other cars I've rented from Enterprise (food crumbs and spilled liquid). They were quite busy when I received the car, so I assume the turnaround time was too short to clean everything. I was able to wipe everything down with the alcohol wipe provided.

Austin and Tiana were the people that helped me. I get my rentals when I travel for my work. I have been shopping around different enterprises and I found that here was the most friendly, with the most efficient staff. They are quick, personal and make sure i am taken care of. Definitely would recommend to others!
