My perpetually troubled 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 248k miles suffered a broken serpentine belt on the highway. The temperature sensors for oil pressure and coolant went sky high. I assumed that my Jeep was finally gone for good. I limped her to a nearby Jeep dealership where I was quoted over $5k for repairs. As that seemed grossly expensive, I went to Exline for their assessment where I discovered many of the suggested repairs by the Jeep dealership were unnecessary. Two days later my Jeep was fixed and back on the road for half of what the Jeep dealership wanted to charge. I love how Exline provides pictures and videos during the mechanics assessment so that there is a record of what was wrong, and I can see the issues with my own eyes versus taking the word of someone who may not have my best financial interest at heart. Exline's honesty, thoroughness, and attention to detail has made me a customer for life. I no longer have to start searching for a new car, and this will save me a ton of money.

Had my rear L + R rear wheel bearings replaced here at Exline, and I have to say from start to finish, it was an excellent experience. I found them on google due to the high reviews, and people’s feedback definitely backed them up. They kept me up to date the entire time via phone call, email, and text. You can also book a service time on their website. The staff were professional and friendly. The waiting area was very clean and nice if you intend to wait! This is the place to take your vehicle to, I will definitely be using Exline in the future for all my automotive repairs. Highly recommend, you have found the right place.

Great people and honest! Mo was very helpful with everything, I called in on a Tuesday and all work was completed by Friday when other shops said they couldn't get the necessary parts.

It’s been a while since I got such nice customer service anywhere in the area. I dealt with Mauricio from the get go and he was spot on from making the appointment all the way to picking up my car. I would definitely be bringing my car back here.

This shop is well organized and clean. They have a very nice waiting room with blasting AC, which is nice on a 100 degree day. They offer coupons and do a very good job communicating via text/email.
