If you like to workout when you travel, this is a great place to drop in. They do not make it overly complicated. The classes are great , you can make it as hard as you can handle it. I took a class with Kirsten, she was great and welcoming. Will definitely drop in when I’m in town.

I just completed my 100th class and I’m beyond grateful for this gym. The coaches truly care, the workouts challenge you in the best way, and the community is so supportive. I’m stronger, more confident, and healthier because of this place. Joining was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
