The food selection is amazing! Raw, single ingredient products that I feel safe buying. Supplements for everything under the sun for dogs and cats! Water fountains, beautifully designed cat scratcher beds and trees. They make the best use of their space. I go here regularly to purchase wonderful treats and meals for my cats and when I bring them in their backpacks they always get lots of love from the employees.

DISCLAIMER [MY PERSONAL OPINION ONLY].Updated Portion:To say that "We don’t tolerate any abuse, shouting, or disrespect of our employees in any way" in response to my saying "Let me talk to Woody" after holding for 9 minutes is living in LaLa Land, and not realistic....friction is part of life, business is full of friction...If you can't train your employees consistently, IE to allow a customer to arrive a couple of minutes after closing, when your staff routinely stays in the store for an additional 15 minutes after closing, these are the results.I am one of the most personable customers a business can have, and you had.Invest in your staff, train your staff consistently and you won't have these exchanges, granted most retail staff is usually comprised of 'youngsters' with little social experience, but what happened that day was completely uncalled for.I found another store with nicer personnel who can actually talk without being on the defensive, and will drop off my order on their way home (without a $50 minimum order), and will also provide fun cat toys!You are dispensable as a business, your customers are NOT! First comes the need, then the business. Steve Jobs! (Paraphrased).Oh by the way hire another assistant manager, that's your weakest link in your chain, to say the least!---Original Review:So apparently this business has invested quite a lot in "renting real estate", (not the smartest business strategy @ that), rather than training their poorly socialized management, but that’s just my opinion.The following is my experience. SO I call asking for donations for shelter cats, and the lady whose name I can't recall for sure, but may be Karisa? immediately gets on the phone, and (despite previous donations made by another very nice and friendly employee, by the name of Woody, tells me) she is the "manager"; that in itself should raise a weak "ego" red flag, or in the alternative an unnecessarily aggressive one.SO the next time, Matt who I believe is the owner, comes out of the office and shaking his ahead in a possibly "out of touch" manager stance (who doesn't know his customers), utters my name, and I am like ok...what's up..SO today, I call and placed an order around 3:00 PM...I get caught up in traffic and call Woody around 6:50 PM to let him know I am omw (which has never been an issue before since they usually stay much later than closing time)...and another girl puts me on hold saying he is on the "phone".Being out of pet food, I call back on the other line, and I tell the girl who put me on hold, I need to talk to Woody.She said he was on the phone, and I tell her I will be there just past 7:00 and again (being poorly trained) she immediately tells me, "No, we close at 7:00). I tell her to chill out, @ which point the other girl, Karisa? immediately gets on the phone and says she is refunding my order, and I am no longer welcomed, (a customer who's been going there) for as long as I can remember.She then leaves me food outside, and I as I walk up to pick up the food, (ironically right at 7:00 PM) that she has left in a bag, I see them all huddled behind the register as if it's 3rd down and long.This is classic lawsuit territory, and I am exploring, despite my nearly 100 filed civil cases, it may need further research.IF I thought for a moment I would get an apology regarding all this, I would have left it at that...rather than to write this review, but more often than not, out of touch owners, (corporate and other types) are willing to let go of a good customer, than to chastise a rude, inappropriate employee with poor social and behavioral skills. So be it![THE PRECEDING WAS MY OPINION, AS TO FACTS WHICH HAVE TRANSPIRED THIS YEAR, THEY ARE ACCURATE TO THE BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE AND RE-COLLECTION].

Really cute boutique pet store. They have a great variety of treats and chew toys that are all natural and great prices compared to the big box stores. They also host adoption events with rescues!

Very disappointed with this store and its customer service. I love to support local small businesses but not this store anymore.At first my dog monthly food orders were being submitted promptly (I was reordering 4 weeks in advance) but for the past 3 months they apparently “just forgot” to reorder my dog food. Today 10/26, I received a voice message from Julie staying that my order wasn’t placed AGAIN. I called the store and spoke to the Owner, Matt, whom is as bad as his staff. When I explained what was going on his reply was to excuse his store/staff screw ups. When I told him I wasn’t going to reorder or return to his store anymore, his reply was “ok” not once did he offer to expedite my order or anything!!!I had to expedite my dog food from a chain store, so that my poor dog isn’t left without food.

The staff is always so helpful and knowledgable and I love the quality of the inventory and products that they carry. I'm glad that they relocated closer to me because I can always find what I need in this store. And they're very welcoming to the pups that are shopping in-store as well.

Love this place for our dogs. They have everything a person would want for their pet. They have only been at this location for a couple of years but much nicer. Easier to get to with plenty of parking.
