I had a flat tire today and a friend helped me put on the spare temporarily. I immediately drove it to Firestone at Springfield Town Center and Justen was able to work me in right away! I’ve been coming to this particular Firestone location for of all my service needs since I relocated to Virginia in 2002 (over 20 years now). Both Paul and Justen have always taken very good care of me and I greatly appreciate it! THANK YOU!!!

It was easy to schedule an appointment. When I arrived and checked in, Paul was very helpful. When the vehicle was ready, I received detailed inspection report along with a list of recommended service items.

My experiences at Firestone (Springfield, VA) have always been so positive! I’ve worked mostly with Marc, and have always been satisfied with the work done to my car.
I have an older vehicle (10+ years) that requires a lot of maintenance, and Marc has always provided honest assessments of how my car is doing, and what kind of work is needed. He listens to my concerns, and quickly schedules me if anything potentially problematic comes up with my vehicle.
He and his staff provide excellent service - I fully recommend this location.

Paid for the lifetime alignment and 20 minutes after I left I realized my alignment was trash. I called back and they did say to bring it back but I didn’t have time. I already left it with them for 1.5 to 2 hours. I tried to take it back the following week and they can’t fit me in. Don’t waste your time if you have a Genesis. The dealership will charge you the same price and it will be done right the first time. I mean when I’m driving the wheel has to be turned to the right to drive straight and the rear tires are terribly canted. Not sure how they thought the car was aligned. What’s the point of paying for the lifetime if they can’t get you back in after they did the job wrong the first time.
Update: It’s now been a couple weeks and they still can’t get me in. Now when I call I get put on hold for 20 minutes until I hang up. When I call back I get put on hold before I can say anything. I went in there because my rear tires are canted and my front end was fine. My rear tires weren’t touched and they messed up my front end and now can’t even make it right. Or attempt to make it right. I now have to spend another $250 to go to the dealership to have my alignment done again so I don’t ruin my new tires. Thank you for some of the worse customer service I’ve had. Best of wishes.

I've been there 3 times recently. 1st my tire had a nail. Paul tried to charge me, brought out a different tire, said my tire wasn't under warranty but it was. 2nd time, had my rear brakes done & car checked for oil gasket concerns. Rear brakes done but I told them immediately that something was wrong. I was still hearing a noise. Came back in, they said the brakes were fine and a hose had come a loose from around the oil compartment. But come back in 2 weeks so they can double check it. 3rd time, I complained so much, someone rode in my car so they could hear the noise my car was making. They told me my front brakes were gone. I waited most of the day the 1st time. I rented a car for a couple of days the 2nd time. 3rd time I had to rent a car for 4 days, so they could order the parts to repair my front brakes. This is totally unacceptable. Then they NEVER answer the phone there & the computers are slow. And there's not enough room on this page to lament about my concerns.

Got a call that my car was ready got to store (almost an hour later) and they were still not ready for me to take my car. Overcharging as well
