I have called all day to see if they have a particular shoe. No one ever answered the phone. I can see why all the locations are closing. Maybe if somebody answers the phone some product would be sold and y'all can keep your jobs. Get someone in there that really wants to work. Mature responsible adults and not kids that don't care. This is unacceptable.

This was my second time visiting the store, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Despite having plenty of staff available, none of them approached us to offer assistance. Instead, they were busy talking and laughing. We had to take the initiative to ask for help with finding the size we were looking for. Later, when we needed a second pair of shoes, we had to approach a salesperson again, and he directed us to the Kids Foot Locker.
When I went to check out, the cashier asked if I had a membership number. I said no, but she didn’t follow up or register it, nor did she ask for my email or phone number as is usually done.
After completing my purchase, I wasn’t even thanked. The interaction felt dismissive. My daughter needed the shoes urgently; otherwise, I wouldn’t have made the purchase.
At Kids Foot Locker, the experience was entirely different. The staff approached us, helped with the second pair, registered my phone and email, and even thanked me for the purchase. It was a stark contrast.
Dear Manager, I’m taking the time to share this because I believe your sales staff is unprofessional. If this is the first time you’re hearing such feedback, then I assume they are biased because I have a beard, and my wife and daughter wear scarves, so we were not welcomed. Please address this issue and ensure your staff receives proper training.

Terrible customer service, I bought some shoes that were defective and the manager did not solve anything, it was their mistake, I do not recommend this store.

I was racially profiled and asked to see my personal nike jacket that I came in with that was draped over my arm. I was with my 5 yr old and not greeted when I came in the store but as I'm leaving they stop me to ask if I stole the jacket. What a joke and terrible management from Eddie the store manager who sent another black associate Marcos to ask me for my belongings. I will NEVER shop there again and don't recommend it for anyone

Eddie and Jonathan were very helpful ,knowledgeable, patient and respectful. They helped me find Green color Air Jordan 1 from different Foot Locker location because their store doesn't have the size 9 I've been looking for. Excellent customer service. Eddie was very very patient with me. Thank you and keep up the good work gentlemen! September 14, 2024. Came in to browse. Spotted a few items I liked but they did not have my size on the rack. I was approached and helped promptly. They got me the size I needed and let me know about other colors they also had in my size. They worked diligently to get me the products I wanted and even helped me place an order for delivery since they didn’t have the item in store. Will definitely come back to this location. THANK YOU EDDIE AND NATE!

I went to purchase some shoes at this location on 2-25-24, and when paying they asked me for my number for the rewards program so I gave it to the cashier. About a hour after I leave the store I received calls and texts from one of the employees at this store saying he wants to get to know me etc. I think it’s unacceptable for employees to do this at a store because my number should be private information and employees should not take advantage of that. I really hope management at the store can take action about this because, I felt very uncomfortable about the situation, especially because it caused me problems with my husband.

I was struggling to find what I was looking for, and the employees in the store were incredibly patient with me, and helped me find the best shoe for my needs. I don’t remember the last time I had that kind of service in a shoe store. I will be back.

I didn't catch the name of the man who took care of us. We arrived early between 9 and 11am and this man was on fire. I don't usually leave reviews but this was some of the best customer service I've received in awhile. He was polite, professional, and on top of his game. I will be visiting this location for every shoe I purchase from this day forward.
