I have been looking for a hobby store or a game store that had staff who were excited about their games and interested in why customers came in. Nate was exceptional! As my husband and I entered the store, he came right up and made us feel welcome and asked what we were looking for, he was incredibly patient and provided great options for us to learn about the games, offered lots of suggestions for workshops and painting tips in the store, and we walked away as 40 K converts! We will definitely be back, I can’t believe how welcoming he was. Thanks Nate!

Employee was incredibly condescending and pedantic which made for a genuinely unpleasant experience. I highly recommend recommend going to Fairfax location instead, the customer service experience was night and day.

I like this GW shore. The staff is always very helpful and fairly knowledgeable. I wish the stores got more stock, but that is not the store's issue. That is how GW does business.

Love it always but when I came back ito the hobby after a decade + they dont cary alot of options anymore its limited so good luck finding certain chaos models

What a great place! Walker is amazing, perfect guy for this job. My son 17 got into Warhammer so I started going here with him. Now I’m getting into it and so is my daughter. Walker has given us so much time this place is a treasure. Painting classes, in store events, and games. Retail done right.

Went in excited for my ideas with my partner as we are both newish. Was talked down to by the employee the entire time who was generally a little to overbearing. I understand wanting to be helpful but there's no need to belittle your patrons. I'll be going to the warhammer store in bowie from now on
