Complete breakdown in customer service in that Best Buy/Geek Squad will waste your time by encouraging you to book an appointment for a service they know they can't provide. If I attempt to book an appointment for a replacement battery for an I-Phone 11 Pro, and I type these information into their scheduling app, but they don't carry such batteries (despite their website saying they carry I-Phone batteries) and they have no idea if, or when, they will EVER have I-Phone batteries in stock, you WOULD THINK, their scheduling software would flag this. One would hope a store that CARES about its customers would notify the customer they are out of stock of the repair part and cannot perform the requested service so that the customer's time of 1-2 hours is not wasted by making a fruitless trip to the store only to be turned away. Right? BestBuy is supposed to be all about technology. Surely you can update your scheduling app and do better BestBuy. If you can't handle such a simple feature, why should customers trust you with ANY type of technology?

I had an interview here. So I went and the manager was on break. They made me wait 30 minutes and the manager still didn’t come. I wouldn’t recommend this Geek Squad at all.

Dante was amazing! I bought 2 laptops and needed them fixed right away. He could have made me wait until Monday to fix it, but he was kind enough to get me in right away. He was able to upgrade and fix the same day. He was very polite and knowledgeable.

If I could give it -5 stars I would. How can the be an authorized service provider of Apple when they can not provide any actual service beside a couple of diagnostic scans. The fault is also partly on Apple for choosing such a poor partner for their service. If you need help with an Apple device just go through the pain of going to an Apple store and avoid this place.

Literally the worst customer service of any Best Buy I have ever encountered. I waited on the phone for 20 minutes to speak to someone before finally hanging up. I called back and could hear the person on the other end of the phone transfer my call back to the main desk instead of just answering my call. Amount of time I spent on the phone waiting: approx 45 minutes. The amount of help I received: none.

Honestly they reserve the right to reject repairs of anything more then 1 year old or not bought with the protection plan. So it's a rip off service that only fixes new items. That's laughable protection. You see so many commercials so if you need service they can fix. This business model is buy protection and find excuses to not repair. Told me I am better off buy new. And that they are sorry. I don't believe they are sorry at all. Less work for them the better.

Fake and unprofessional maintenance geeks
Squad,one is telling you something was happened and other one tells you something was missing from your devices.
I was not the only two peoples were standing next to me, either of them were unsatisfied by the geek employee . Anyway don’t waste your time and money !!
