I’ve been going to glossy nail since 2015. I lived in the Ravensworth neighborhood so I gave it a chance due to proximity. I’ve since moved to West Springfield and have tried other salons closer to me. No one compares in quality! I am someone who only gets my nails done for special occasions or trips so when I get them done I want them to last a while. I get gel on my nails and regular polish on my toes and it always lasts for at least 2 weeks. I recommend you call before going in because sometimes they are busy. If you call they’ll hold your spot for you.

Called ahead for a last min pedicure and they were able to fit me in and it was great! Tina, who took care of me did not rush and took her time with my gel French pedi which I super appreciated. She doesn't know much English yet but I didn't mind at all and actually appreciate the quiet after a long work day. Gel French pedi was $60 total which I'd average for the area, clean and not anything crazy but probably where I'll be going for pedicures going forward. Don't forget to bring cash for tip though! And definitely call ahead or make an appt cause there is not a lot of staff. - insta @ SpicyAivy

First time I go to this salon . It’s very close to my house . I had pedicure spa and manicure gel. Light color the service was good. They didn't offer no water unlike other salons . So 5 days later the manicure gel is started to look weird peels and it didn’t look good at all . It is not the first time I do get manicure I never had this experience. I went in today she told me coz you cook and clean and coz your typing on the computer. What yes I do all that but never had this experience before . She was not nice at all .
Spending $95 plus $20 tips for this so no !

I went to get my nails done at Glossy Nails because I was dissatisfied with the place where I used to go. I was almost convinced to stop getting my nails done altogether until I went here. After one session with Vicki doing my nails, I knew that I had found the place for me. Vicki listened to what I wanted and got it right the first time. My nails looked exactly the way I wanted. Plus, the salon never has that chemical smell, so I was even able to convince my boyfriend to come with me. I'll be going back.

Fantastic service and great quality! I have been coming to Glossy Nails salon consistently over the past three years for manicures and pedicures. Usually I can be seen without an appointment, but sometimes I make an appointment if it is a busy time. The staff are all kind and respectful. They listen to my requests and always provide great service. Vicky is my favorite! She is attentive, speedy, and does a great job with SNS nails. I always leave here more relaxed with a beautiful mani/pedi.

My first time there. The technician over cut and caused bleeding on my finger! She did such a bad job on the polish that you can actually see spots of different thickness of polish! During day light it looks even worse! The edges of the top of my nails are harsh and were not softened. I went there when I saw the amazing reviews!
