This location has everything a bodybuilder needs. The preworkouts are not marked up like other places and the discounts are insane. I love the discount section because you never know what you'll find and with the discounted price you can add a nice little gift to yourself. Gel you are the best!!

I’ve used this GNC many times and I constantly have issues. They don’t match any of the normal sales the GNC does as they are privately owned. Every time I enter the store a new employee is working who barely knows how to operate the register. I made an online order yesterday, got the message the order was ready for pickup. Went to the store - the employee didn’t see it in the system. Called the manager and she said they can’t help me I need to call customer service. I showed my receipt, email stating the order was ready, and even the deduction from my bank account. Manager refused to help until I asked for the store to deal with it and call customer service. The manager directed the employee over the phone to assist other members in the store (who didn’t even need help) and make me wait. I got fed up and left. Called GNC and asked to refund my order.It’s 1pm on a Saturday, only 1 employee is working (who seemed to be new). Manager on the phone sounded like she just woke up and was being rude and interrupting me when I tried to express my irritation with the situation. Terrible customer service. Refuse to give this GNC business or recommend to any friends.

Sales associate who said her name was Jill or Jale, was rude and annoyed that I was in there giving GNC business. Please re-train the sales associate to be friendlier. They normally are at other GNCs.

On 7/26/23 in the evening went to GNC store #6441 Springfield, VA to buy some oil for my diffuser. The tags on the shelves said they ranged from $6.99-$14.00 but when I got the register it rung up at $24.00. The sales person finally called Gel, the manager but she would not honor what the posted pricing was. Terrible experience because I knew the register was not correct. I ended up buying the same type of oil for $7.99 at another store. The manger was very unfamiliar with her store products because she should have known the register was off. Even the website is listing the pricing averaging $5-$8 bucks. I will file a formal complaint about false advertising with the cooperate office. It was a total waste of my time and I will never use that GNC or any GNC again.

This is probably the best GNC in the area. Sometimes it gets difficult to find a GNC with everything you need but every time I come here they seem to have everything I need.

Today i when to GNC springfield plaza and I normally don't expect any help from the people who work there, but at least, if I have a question, I expect them to answer me with kindness and respect, this girl “angielic” doesn't even greet me when I get to the store, and at 2 questions I asked, her response was very poor and with a very arrogant attitude, at the end when i paid, i said, “thank you” and she didn’t respond, for this reason, next time I will buy my products in "the vitamine shoppe" I understand that her parents taught her those manners, but you hired her.

Went looking for a weight loss/metabolism booster. Charlie helped me out. He was knowledgeable about the products and even knew to ask whether I wanted a supplement with caffeine or not. Very helpful!

Love this location! I usually go in the evenings after class and the gentlemen who work in the evenings are always so personable, helpful and knowledgeable. Also, this location usually has more stock of my favorite things compared to the location in the town center/mall

Best GNC I’ve been to so far. Charlie was extremely helpful and definitely knew what he was talking about when explaining the product. Definitely will be my go to GNC now.
